I???ve been shopping around for a 2-3 year old used car for weeks and was becoming discouraged and exhausted. I started wondering if good customer service really existed any more. Browsing on The internet I found a car that really grabbed my attention so I picked up the phone and called Battles Nissan in Bourne. Wish I had started there first, I could have save a lot of time and aggravation. First impression means everything and doing a good job over the phone can be difficult but when Brian, the manager, came on the line he ???had me at hello???. Brian was polite and sincerely interested in my business with out being pushy. Brian and I agreed on a time to come in for a test drive and explained that Michael (Mike) Mele would guide me through the remainder of the process. As promised I was enthusiastically greeted at the door by Mike who made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a customer. My red, fully loaded, ???2016??? Nissan Rogue was heated up and ready to go for a spin. Mike came for the drive and in detail went over all the assets of the car. The purchasing process went smoothly with out a hitch. It???s been a week since my purchase and I am very happy! I feel I made the right decision and I have the full support of Brian, Mike and Battles Nissan. Thank you for everything, Sherrie L.
