To all loyal Nissan owners: We are a Nissan family ... currently, on number 4 (of many more hopefully) and have encountered a problem. Our 2017 Rogue with only 30,000 miles had an oil consumption issue followed by an epic engine failure. Our local dealership is Luther Nissan of Inver Grove Heights, MN and to this point, they have been superfantastic to work with. Nissan initially denied our claim for engine replacement sighting grounds that are quite shaky. I come from the era of the dreaded pressure cars salesmen. Not at Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Narin and his manager Dan Ganzer went above and beyond to get me the 2017 Murano that I wanted. I know a lot of effort was put into getting me the vehicle in record time. I filled out the easy credit application online and submitted it and got a great interest rate, along with the pricing of the vehicle which is loaded. My husband and I drove down to Burnsville from Rogers and were very impressed by the Burnsville Walser dealership. We were greeted outside by some very friendly respectful young sales reps. When we walked in we were not immediately pounced on. We were directed to Narin's table. Dan came over to introduce himself and make us feel comfortable, then we sat down with Narin and were treated very respectfully, not like "old" foggies who didn't know what they were doing. Narin guided us through all of the signatures and explained things in a very casual informative manner. WOW. Took about 45 minutes from the time we got there to the time we walked out of the dealership, the owners of the vehicle of our dreams. Narin didn't stop there he helped us set up our phones and showed us the majority of the features. My husband drove the Murano home and I followed and it was a blast to watch him enjoy our new toy. Narin already called today to see how we were doing. We have no buyers remorse, a new experience for us. Needless to say we are very satisfied customers!! When we get a new vehicle in the years to come we will probably head back to this dealership and know that we will be treated fair and square. Thanks to all involved, much appreciated. I just wanted to mention the great customer service we get from John Tower. My car was recalled for a drivers side air bag. I had gotten the flyer in the mail, but it had just mentioned it would be fixed when my car was serviced so I wasn't concerned. John called and left a message that I should talk to service on this. I called service and then talked to John, thanking him for letting me know that rentals were available. I was concerned on the rental due to the size of my car and the ones available. John said he would check it out and let me know. I was able to get a vehicle that is very close to mine in size and style. This is a great relief as we were able to fit the vehicle into the garage with a few inches to spare! This is important due to winter coming. We have been Burnsville Nissan customers for almost 31 years. We met John about 14 years ago when we bought a new vehicle at that time. John always "seems" to know if we are having service as he always stops to say hi. I think he is just out and about in the store and loves to meet new customers and talk to prior customers.

On August 11th, 2018, I had the pleasure to purchase a used 2010 Honda CR-V at the Luther Nissan Kia dealership in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. I initiated contact by emailing to schedule a test drive. Igor Tenenbaum contacted me as soon as the dealership opened, asked precise questions, scheduled my test drive, and had the vehicle designated as reserved for me. His service met my expectations with no complaints. When I arrived at the dealership, I entered the sales door and was not immediately greeted as a salesman appeared to be looking out the window over the lot. After I spoke up, he immediately greeted me and found an available salesman to help me. Joe Ray was the salesman that found the car, joined me on the test drive, answered all of my questions, and helped me rationalize the purchase after an in-depth conversation. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After I decided to purchase the car, he mentioned that he had forgotten to tell me about the pulse technology installed in all vehicles there. While it is a good safety device, I believe the addition should be built into the price or installed free. I was not pleased to see the addition of a $299 fee to the purchase price that I had agreed to. All fees that aren't additional options (e.g. warranties, accessories) and can't be changed should be discussed before I sign an agreement to purchase. Jamie Groth handled the finance portion of my purchase. She was patient, answered questions in detail, and presented me with many flexible options. Besides being frustrated with an aforementioned $299 fee after agreeing to purchase, my experience was pleasant and I would purchase another vehicle at Luther Nissan Kia.

I just bought a 2019 Soul at Kia Invergrove. I'm a no nonsense female car buyer on a budget. I hate so called "teaser" ads and other for up sells. When I talked to Matt Westberg I told him I didn't want to mess around I just want the Best Price possible So I could consider whether I wanted to get a car or Not. He was super friendly and not in a fake way. He respected my wishes and didn't talk down to me in any way as car salesman sometimes do, especially to females, right girls? Other staff also were Competent and did all they could to make the conditions right for me. It was great! I Have been a key a customer since 2011. The service department is excellent also. I am a skeptic about getting work done at dealerships so I got an estimate and compared it with my local Mechanics and their fees were comparable . I no longer even worry that they're overcharging me in any way. I kind of feel That Kia InverGrove is my home town dealership now, Even though I live 45 minutes away in WI. It's nice to be greeted by friendly, familiar faces and you trust the work. I highly recommend them.

I had just had a few traumatic experiences at different dealerships. One of them being a Kia Dealership. One a toyota dealership and one being a hyundai. I was looking for the "perfect" car for me. I just needed auto tranny, cruise control and a cd player. I wanted to know what was out there. Show me everything and then we will talk. I wasnt looking at buying at that moment. The other dealerships pretty much brought me to their base model small car, because that is what they saw me drive in with. And then said, sorry, there isnt anything else I can show you if you arent gonna buy today. So I went to Luther Kia. I knew they had the Optima in Sangria that I really loved. Phil didnt see me drive up. He had no idea what I was driving. But he actually listed to me. He showed me the Cadenza first. All options all the time! Then he showed me the Optima. Showed me many different colors and options. I asked the difference between the two Price (------------------------) this big, otions (--) this big. Ok. Im loving the honesty. Then he shows me the Optima LX fully loaded. The only problem... no CD player. I almost walked away. But the car kept calling me... So I said Im gonna regret this and I sat down. I didnt want to leave. then I drove it. I only went 5 miles, but I was head over heals in love. Not wanting to choose the wrong car, I told Phil I want to drive other models. He said you wont like them. But he brought them to me. And no, I didnt like them. If I had driven them first I would have loved them. I wanted that Optima so much, I set the drivers seat to my prefered setting.... I told Phil, I wasnt buying today. Im looking... He so pressured me by showing me the car of my dreams and not saying ANYTHING!!! I was enphatic saying IM NOT BUYING right now. I want the car of my DREAMS!!! Yea, then I said. I love this car, can I put a hold on it?? ( I still hadnt told Phil I was driving a 2010 Chev Aveo.) I told the sales manager that it would only be for a couple days while I decided how I was going to pay for it and if I wanted to trade in my current car. I went back the next day and bought the Optima. I thank you so much Phil!!! Jeff Kessler took over when Phil wasnt there the next day and he was MORE than amazing!!! Jamie Groth is my new BFF!! Im driving the car of my dreams and Im falling more madly inlove every mile! 3800 miles and first oil change today! Service nothing less than spectactular! My only complaint is that after Saying hi to Phil today and making small talk with him while I was getting the first oil change done, As soon as Phil walked away, some bushy guy kind of murmered, can I help you. Not really even looking at me. I said What?? He said can I help you?? I said no,. Im getting an oil change on the car that Phil talked me into (while not saying a thing) Car of my dreams!! This guy is the only unpersonable person I have seen at Luther Kia
Not Worth the Money

I brought my 2019 Nissan Sentra, and it really hasn't been worth the money I am paying for it. You get all or nothing with the heater. The phone sync system does not truly sync your phone, it won't store contact information or MP3s. The driver's seat will adjust itself. I get in and have to raise the seat, every single time, the car does not have power seats, so it all has to be done manually. You would think for $20,000 you could adjust your seat and be done with it, but nope. I'm a short person, so I do like having the seat raised so I can see over the wheel easier, but every time I get in the car I have to raise the seat back up. Only good thing out of this car is the fact that it likes to go, and it likes to go fast. There is no problem picking up speed and staying up to speed. The gas mileage is not that bad, 38 MPG.

I came in both for a 60k mile service for my 2012 Kia Soul, and also because another auto shop had told me I needed an immediate, $1500 brake fix. The car was initially purchased from this location so I thought they would be the best bet for a second opinion. The mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and explained to me that my brakes were not in disrepair, and that while they need work within the next 15,000 miles or so the issue certainly wasn???t emergent. As a young female, I appreciate not being taken advantage of and having the piece of mind that I wasn???t going to cause an accident during my daily commute. Everyone I interacted with was oh so pleasant and I???m so grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic for my car. Never should have gone elsewhere!

Yesterday afternoon, I informed service department that our 2015 Nissan Altima (11,200 miles) had a scraping noise in rear end. They scheduled at appointment at 8:45 AM and had it serviced by 11:00 this morning. The brake pads had been improperly installed at factory. One pad was hardly worn and the other was metal on metal. The fix was new pads and rotor. Under warranty, thus no charge. Thanks for the quick service. It is appreciated. BTW- this is our 3rd Altima. First was purchased in 2009.

I was helped by Igor in sales and Jamie in finance. Igor was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had. I was kind of nervous since I hadn't been through the process before and had to buy one in somewhat of a hurry as my old car was having major issues, but Igor was able to find me a like new 2017 Altima with less than 5k miles that was within my budget! Jamie was so friendly and went over all of my financing options. She was able to answer every question to make me feel comfortable in my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will likely be back once it's time to buy again!

I am experiencing some confusion over oil change times. I came in with under 2500 miles for my oil change but with a 5 month length since I have had the suv. I have questioned time/miles on 3 different times I have received 3 different answers. And, when I showed up there seemed to be more confusion and Khan indicated we would just go ahead. Then when the suv was done (in a very timely manner) I always note the sticker that indicates the next o/change. It showed date 10/12 or 7,500 . So is it not so simple as miles vs. months -- or????? Just attempting to "get it". Thanks.

On August 11th, 2018, I had the pleasure to purchase a used 2010 Honda CR-V at the Luther Nissan Kia dealership in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. I initiated contact by emailing to schedule a test drive. Igor Tenenbaum contacted me as soon as the dealership opened, asked precise questions, scheduled my test drive, and had the vehicle designated as reserved for me. His service met my expectations with no complaints. When I arrived at the dealership, I entered the sales door and was not immediately greeted as a salesman appeared to be looking out the window over the lot. After I spoke up, he immediately greeted me and found an available salesman to help me. Joe Ray was the salesman that found the car, joined me on the test drive, answered all of my questions, and helped me rationalize the purchase after an in-depth conversation. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After I decided to purchase the car, he mentioned that he had forgotten to tell me about the pulse technology installed in all vehicles there. While it is a good safety device, I believe the addition should be built into the price or installed free. I was not pleased to see the addition of a $299 fee to the purchase price that I had agreed to. All fees that aren't additional options (e.g. warranties, accessories) and can't be changed should be discussed before I sign an agreement to purchase. Jamie Groth handled the finance portion of my purchase. She was patient, answered questions in detail, and presented me with many flexible options. Besides being frustrated with an aforementioned $299 fee after agreeing to purchase, my experience was pleasant and I would purchase another vehicle at Luther Nissan Kia.

Very happy. Were leasimg and will trade in next yr. For another nissan. We would like an suv for the winter months. Otherwise car is great.

Kline Nissan stand behind the vehicles they sell! I purchased my NVPassenger at Kline in 2015. I am thrilled with both their sales and service departments. Tristan Feeney was my service advisor. I am so pleased and thankful for his professionalism and attention to detail. He is a wonderful asset to Kline and HE is the main reason I am willing to make the 3 hour (one way) drive to this dealership for all of my mechanical needs. Not only was he courteous, he showed genuine concern for my situation and he ensured I was well taken care of throughout the process. WHen he realized that the service was going to be more involved than a one day visit, he equipped me with a rental to get me on my way. I realize that Tristan can't do it alone, the customer oriented processes and procedures enable him to provide exceptional support and assistance. So to fully explain my experience, I am thrilled with the Kline technicians as well, they were thorough in their assessment and experts in their field. Their recommendations for fixing the sliding door on my NVPassenger were point on. This was the 3rd visit to a dealership to have the noisy door looked at, therefore, the silent ride home was a welcomed result of my visit. I am so very impressed with Tristan, the technicians and Kline I will certainly share my opinions with others searching for a dealership or vehicle. Relaxing experience buying a great car

I am a second-time Fiat 500 owner going from a 2012 Pop to a 2013 Abarth. I had decided to step up for the turbocharger, heated seats, beats audio and overall more premium feel of the car. I worked with my sales rep Brenden who was very friendly and professional and covered the features of the car and what came with it. He showed me the Carfax and what came with the car from the factory covering all the bases. Since it was not present when I showed up we looked at the 124 on the lot as they share an engine. We talked with David and he set me up with a test drive of the 124 to get a feel of the performance. I liked the feel of the interior and from the many pictures he was able to show me of the Abarth we moved forward with the deal. Brenden and Ben worked with me to complete the paperwork and Ben covered all of the optional warranty items and protection packages. One of my sticking points was that I had to get the lifetime warranty if I chose to go with the Abarth as I didn't want to have to hunt down electrical gremlins or fix a broken sunroof. He gave me some first-hand experience cases from some of the warranty and protection items to step me through how they worked and after looking at my options and pricing things out we went with just the Lifetime Factory Warranty. After sleeping on it however I reconsidered and spoke to Ben who was able to get me setup with the Auto Care package as well. The replacement for a lost key and especially the refinish/replace of a bent wheel are all but mandatory in MN. I also spoke with David and I let him know I was thinking about trading in my Pop. He reviewed my car and made a fair trade-in offer. I haven't decided if I will trade-in or not yet but David let me know my options and that the offer stands if I choose to return and trade-in the car. It's been so reliable I may try to keep it in the family. Overall the whole experience was a low stress and laid back shopping experience. Exactly what I was looking for over the President's day weekend.

Good price. Great gas mileage. This car is stylish. Compact, but still nicely equiped. Nissan is a very reliable vehicle. This is my 4th Nissan.
