My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

When we arrived we knew they had 4 of the makes of cars we wanted to drive to see how it fit our needs. Tyler Ashley greeted us with a smile and listened to what we were looking to achieve on the visit. He went to work to find the cars and get the paperwork ready for us to test drive. We were there for about 2-3 hours the first day. We drove one car twice (the one we bought) and told Tyler we wanted to research the car more and would be back. He wished us a "blessed day" and smiled. We went back and with no hassles, bought the 2017 Jeep Renegade. Define Extraordinary in relation to car buying.....we found that at Wissler Motors and with Tyler Ashley. We also had the opportunity and pleasure to be helped by Jason Schmitt. We live about 50 minutes away and have never been to Mount Joy. We had been searching for a car via the Internet and found what appeared to be a perfect fit for us at Wissler. I chatted on line with Tyler at 10 PM! We made arrangements to go and meet with him. From the first hello, to the final goodbye, Tyler was professional and respectful. He was not the typical "sales" person. He honestly cared about you as a person and what your needs and desires were. Not "I can give you the buy of your lifetime", but how can I be of service to you. At no time did we feel we were being pressured to make a purchase. Tyler and the dealership were super busy when we were there. Tyler was patient and treated us as we were the only people there - not one time did he show any signs of stress or intolerance for our many questions. They are fair about pricing. Using Kelly Blue Book. Walked thru the process with us and they were unable to give us a Kelly Blue Book price due to our vehicle having rust. That did not stop Tyler. He was able to still give us a trade!!! Tyler made the time for the delivery of our vehicle to suit us. He came in on his day off, just to finalize our deal. Jason was professional as well and provided us with a great buying experience. Don't stress when it comes time to car shop, just go to Wissler Motors and speak with Tyler.

My car a Subaru forester 2009 had the muffler broken on a Wednesday night. I called Faulkner service on Thursday morning and they squeeze to fit my car in service for Friday morning, this given the fact I could not see what was wrong, they fit my car in right away, also serviced the 90,000 miles review and was due for inspection, they went out of their way to get my a ride back to my office at work, the Manager drove me to my office. I lost my key in the his car, he found it and return it to my key chain at the dealership. Also the service technician -Kaytlin, warned me for the thread of the tires passed inspection but was close to be to thin to deal with this coming winter season . She was honest, she did a great job, we ended up doing all the services: 90,K service, inspection, new tires, and bushing system and new muffler. Thank you!

Just had repairs made and returned home and the engine light came on. Returned Vehicle to check if the issue was related to the repairs made and the tech said definitely not from those previous issues. Svc rep and tech explained what the issue is and I will keep an eye out for similar problems or if the engine works out the new issue itself. Everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about their positions -- with customer svc as #1. Ref my rating of facilities, It's old, but very clean and operational friendly. Ref item on purchase a vehicle. I'm the 3rd owner and the vehicle has been serviced by Bob Ruth Ford since its been new in 2006.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Just What You Are Looking For !!. Customer service like it should be. Recently bought a 04 Subaru Forester that needed extensive repair. The mechanics did a great job and Nina Lutz - my Service Advisor - took great care of me. She gave me a loaner car each time I came in and was always friendly , explained everything in detail, asked if I had questions, looked for ways to save me some money on the expensive repairs, and overall made me feel like a valued customer. I still have a few more items to take care of with them and i'm genuinely looking forward to going back. We also got a great deal on an 09 Subaru Forester from Tom Kerns at Apple Subaru. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This car looks really nice on the outside (even with my basic S package) and the inside is roomy and looks way nicer than the 2013 ford focus I traded in to get this one! Ive only owned this car for about 3 weeks and Ive already put almost a thousand miles on it because I like to drive again in this. Everything in this car has been a 10/10 so far HOWEVER my only one complaint is that the USB outlet only recognizes Apple devices through the radio. I can still use an Aux cable but the USB doesnt recognize Android which is my only complaint because this is a 2017 car, also it does not have bluetooth audio for music just for phone calls which is weird. BUT keep in mind I have the basic radio front without GPS. Overall, I love this car!! You just might need to upgrade the radio at a later point if you must have bluetooth audio. Mike

This is a great family car. It has plenty of leg room for my 6'3" husband and still gives the kids more then enough room in the back. Its also great on gas so that's a huge plus!
