I recently purchased a new 2025 Nissan Rogue platinum and very pleased with the service both from Lawanda Perry in Sales and Harvey Marrero in finance/management. Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

This is my 2nd HRV that I am buying from Hoffman Honda!!! Kim the sales person was wonderful!! Love everything about this dealership!!! Very happy!!!

Still have one with 193,000 miles . Cha ge your trans fluid and keep that baby running . No major issues just usual wear and tear from my experience if I didnt need to drive as much I would still use it to commute tonwork and back and errands with no issues but any car with so many miles should start thinking of retirement and take jt easy fir the rest of its life 😊

Dealership was fair and sales staff were great to work with. Pricing was competitive and all in all not a bad place to shop.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Everyone was very professional and helped me to get the car I wanted very quickly. They were great with handling the financing application, contacting my insurance company, and getting the car registered and ready to go so quickly I was surprised.

It's pretty smooth driving it, easy to handle very comfortably made front to back, seats are nice, speakers are decent for stock, the middle screen is easy to navigate through. Well rounded vehicle in my opinion

I want to Thank Matt and all the people at Motorcar West. My 88 year old mother and sister fell in love with a Pt Cruiser on their lot. We bought it. The car needed some repairs. Matt gave my sister a car to use while their car was fixed. They didn't want my mom to be sitting there waiting. The car was repaired and my family is very happy. This car has very reliable with no major problems at all. So far I’ve have 365,578 on it & im the original owner on it. Bought it brand new

I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.
