I went to Seacoast Mazda to look for my next vehicle, and I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Not only did Jack go above and beyond to make it happen and make it realistic/stress-free for me, he was simply a kind, straightforward guy. Not sales-y, Jack got me into my dream car for an amazing price and gave me a killer deal on my trade-in. I had never visited this dealership before, but now I can see why it has so many awards. Small and family-owned/run, it is all about the customer. I???m confident I made the right choice by going to Seacoast Mazda and getting Jack as the match maker. Thank you so much!

Tony Harris in service is amazing to work with. I never feel pressured to pay for something I don't need. Said my air filter needed changing, but was upfront and honest that it was something I could do myself for allot less money. Tony is very knowledgeable and always clearly shows me all the things that could be done to my car for service, but breaks it down into "Needs to be taken care of" and "Can wait" or "optional". Always makes sure my car is ready by the time I need to be out of there (to go pick up kiddo from school). Goes the extra mile with little things like helping me take my kids car seat out of my car when I need to switch to a rental. Tony understands that buying a new set of tires is a big expense and I might need to consult with my spouse. Doesn't pressure me to buy the tires from them, just wants me to get a good deal anywhere I can find one. Can't say enough about the entire service department. Super clean and I never mind hanging around in their comfortable lounge area. One day I brought my salad for lunch to each while I was waiting, but i forgot a fork :( The receptionist gave me and extra plastic one that she had brought for lunch so I could still eat my salad. All the little things everyone does here to help the customers adds up to make coming here to buy a car or use the service department a great overall and non-stressful experience. Would highly recommend!
Received 2016 Maxima Brake recall. Called to make appointment on Friday, was able to get vehicle in on Monday morning. Great service again, Received call from Emily before noon that the car was completely checked out and no service was required per the recall. They vacuumed interior (and did a great job). Emily told me that my tires were going to need to be replaced soon which I was unaware of so thank you again Emily. It's always a pleasure going to AutoFair Nissan. Emily and Jim are so welcoming and they always make you feel like you are part of the family. With all the customers that they have, and only going in to see them every 6 months, they know your name and make you feel like you are the only customer they have.
Very satisfied with a recent purchase at this Nissan location. Excellent service and sales. My experience with the purchase has continued to improve because of the extra ordinary follow up to makes certain I am happy with the truck. Highly recommended!

Nice guys with some good cars for good prices. They provided Carfax. Was able to test drive and have my mechanic check it out as well. Worked out well, would strongly consider buying a car from them if the price and timing is right.
Getting into the process of getting a replacement commuter car, and this shop has set the bar. Easy going. Let me take the vehicle for a ride on a Saturday afternoon. While I am not convinced about the vehicle, I will be checking to see what else they have on the lot that meets my needs. The way car shopping/buying should be.
I went to North Berwick Auto Center on Friday, March 3rd to look at a used 2013 Honda CR-V. I spoke with Ryan Smith, who urged me to try out the vehicle, which I did. I told him I was interested, but would make a final decision over the weekend. Never at any time did I feel pressure of any kind to purchase the vehicle. When I decided to purchase the vehicle I contacted Ryan. We agreed on a price and a time when I would pick the vehicle up on Monday. When I picked the vehicle up, it was running and nice and warm, shiny as a brand new vehicle, clean as a whistle. Ryan gave me an overview of some of the features of the vehicle and made sure I knew where the basic features were. I felt my experience with this dealership was very positive and I was very happy about it.
I came to Village Motors to look at a car that was listed online at a very reasonable price. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and it was at the high end of my price range, but it was in excellent shape, super clean, had been reconditioned thoroughly, and it was a great value for the price, which was around the fair trade-in value. While I did eventually find and buy a car elsewhere that met all my criteria, I would have no hesitation buying a car from them in the future, and I would be confident sending friends and family to them as well. The sales staff is low pressure and very knowledgeable. I also got the sense that they would be an honest, reliable place for repairs.
Made my first car buying experience amazing. Have been looking for a car for months and have been haggled by big time dealers several times but Craig and his team was amazing and made buying a car as fun as it could be with zero stress. Very pleased and would recommend you go there first if you are looking for a competitive priced used quality vehicle
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
