I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .

I have never owned a Nissan but I'm glad I do now. This is the first time I've ever purchased a BRAND NEW CAR. I will most likely but another one in a couple years. I love all the features and the look of the car.
An amendment to my feedback last week. McGee Preowned reached out to me regarding my experience with my purchase. They apologized and did try to make it right. I appreciate their concern for their customers to have a positive experience and their follow through on this is an example of that. Thumbs up, and thank you.

This is a great family car. It has plenty of leg room for my 6'3" husband and still gives the kids more then enough room in the back. Its also great on gas so that's a huge plus!
If you want things done right at Nissan please go to Phi Phi. He is the best. I went o Nissan on a day Phi Phi wasn???t there and what a waste of a trip. The guy did nothing for me. If Phi Phi ever left Nissan I would never come back. They need more people like him who care about the customer.

Car is stylish, reliable and affordable and good on gas. Car is built to endure wind speeds driving on the high way. Car has bluetooth and different modes you can put the car in depending on environment.
Tony and Jim were amazing to work with! They were friendly and fun yet efficient and prifeasin in getting me into my beautiful Armada at a price I couldn’t find anywhere else. I’d travel the 4 hrs again!

This car is great. It just makes a noise when you hit the highway or higher speeds, but rides smooth. We set up service appointment that's covered under insurance.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love the size of this vehicle. I feel it will be a safe and reliable vehicle four our 16 year old daughter. Its backup camera is excellent and I love all of the features the vehicle offers.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I like my 2016 Nissan Sentra! It’s a good car and is very reliable. I’ve had it almost a month and have no regrets at all. It’s pretty good on gas and it’s great with speed.
We recently purchased a 2017 certified pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder and were not only impressed with the dealership, but with our Salesperson Jan Janiak! He went above and beyond our expectations by thoroughly answering all of our questions, giving my wife and I time to speak privately and not resorting to the typical high-pressure, intrusive sales tactics we have experienced in the past. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I love this car, will probably only buy Nissan's now, the handling and reliability are awesome, it looks good out and in and the driver alert system is Handy too.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Heavy rattling noise coming from under the car, took car to the dealership they "said"they fixed the problem that was a lose bracket on the trunk...noise was the same as we leave the dealership, key fob system error back to the dealership they said batteries needed to be changed, we changed batteries same problem for about 3 weeks by now, new issue driver's door handle ( outside ) the cheap plastic detail ( chromed ) came of from the other cheap black plastic part... mileage has been going down and a full tank won't last as before ( and car has been taken to the dealership for "maintenance" ( hopefully they actually do their job) but I'm starting to believe they just walk around the car without touching the car and just charge the bill...since costumers just sit in the waiting area...and wait 3 to 5 hours for them to "finish"... Very disappointed on Nissan Sentra SV 2016...and service on the dealership is turning sketchy...( Nissan downtown los Angeles) and we'll just waiting for more bad things to happen...what happened to new cars??? Now a day are all disposables in a couple of years..

Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car from Imperial. I never felt pressured into buying, and Steven was helpful in explaining the different options available. With financing, Desiree was excellent and made that part actually fun. I subtracted a star only because I had to drive to Mendon for my car inspection and back to Milford for paperwork. That said, I would (and have) recommended Imperial to a friend.

When I first looked at the car I didn't think I would like it. I don't like to feel crowded in a car and need to have plenty of arm room. Once I sat in it with the doors closed I realized it was more roomy than I thought. Then I drove it...what a dream! It is the best car I have ever owned.
This is my second vehicle purchased from Imperial Chevy and given the professional, courteous and exceptionally accommodating salesman, Jazz Kelley. He was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful who clearly knows his business, I will most certainly be back again for my next truck. I have all my vehicles maintained here and look forward to continuing that service with my new Yukon.

I leased my 2912 Nissan for. Years then bought the car. If you Live in the snow zone know this car is extremely good on snow and ice. Mine gas skid control so whenever I stopped quickly my car remained in a straight path. I love everything about this car except the bumpy ride at slow speeds like riding over poorly maintained roads. Car shakes little side-to-side. Mine developed rust spots on the hood and rear wheel body even though I purchased paint protection and under coating. You won't be disappointed in your purchase. I had all standard maintenance performed and purchased a new battery and tires at 52,000 miles. Has a sporty feel to it. Attractively designed. Several blind spots due to body design, but they haven't caused any issues. I give this car a high rating overall. 30 mpg city 34 highway.
