I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
My husband and I were driving by and decided to go just to check out a car that I had an eye on for quite some time! I meet Oscar and he greeted me and my husband with a huge smile asked if there was anything he an help us out with? We said yes and he asked us what type of car we were looking into getting. My biggest concern was a family car also a gas saver. He pointed at a Nissan Rouge. He answered every question we had regarding the vehicle. Best customer service ever! Thank you for Your time Oscar!

Buying a car is not the easiest process in the world, and when you’re spending your only day off to shop for a car, all you really want is for someone to make it easy. Well at Nissan of Mission Hills, that is exactly what Emanuel Limon delivered. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Emanuel with such a great attitude and smile, I think that’s what really put my walls down automatically as soon as I arrived. I let Emanuel know about my car that was totaled and how I was starting to look for a new car for the first time since my car was an old 97 Honda Civic. He showed me many models and finally decided I wanted to look at maybe a Sentra. I gotta say, Emanuel did an amazing job of going over a couple vehicles and showing me all the features. I got to drive the car, and it was ok. It was the first car I looked at was still only I’m my preliminary stages of buying a car. Either way Emanuel still presented me with the figures so I could have a better idea of what the budget looks like. No pressure at all. Even though I didn’t buy from him that day, I’ll probabbl be back soon and recommend many of my friends and family to go see Emanuel for their next Nissan Purchase.

They had the Dodge Challenger I was looking for - right color, right extras, and right price. After only 3 1/5 hours of friendly negotiations I was able to buy the car for LESS than my offered price. The only negative was that it was represented to me that the $795 alarm system was mandatory. In fact, it was an option.
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.
Since we bought our Jeep on 4/12/2016 we have been pleased with the service received at Sierra Jeep. We have dealt with several other dealerships In Los Angeles and because of the way things have been handled at Sierra Jeep, we chose to return when picking a new vehicle. We felt Rami was up front and honest with us when purchasing our new car. We prefer working with Rami because he knows us yet all the sales staff have treated us well.
