On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
We came to look at a used truck that ended up not being quite what we were looking for (king cab, not a crew cab) but the sales staff were so friendly, helpful and direct, we ended up coming back the next day to buy from them instead of another dealership. No hard sale, no price pressure, just good listening, lots of knowledge about what they were selling and hard work to find the right truck for us. We were impressed.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
Oliver has helped us with 4 purchase over last 5 months. He truly considers and fulfills customer needs and satisfaction over his own commission gains. He does not try to sell something that gives him the highest benefit but only what is best for customer. He takes the time to research all possible solutions.
I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan
I bought a used 2017 Nissan leaf ..After I get Home because my insurance did cover the Gap insurance cheaper so I call their finance department to cancel the Gap insurance .. still over a week no call back even left message 4 times different day..
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Valentina welcomed us as we walked in the door and made us feel right at home. We are looking for a new Altima and also looked at pre owned not sure what way we are fixing yet. Valentina showed us our options and answered all if our questions we will definitely be back very soon.
This wouldn't have happened if we didn't get Stephen as our salesman. My girlfriend was very anxious and apprehensive about even looking at cars, Stephen was the only person who was capable of allowing her to explore options and feel in control of the situation without feeling overly pressured to make a decision she wasn't ready to. We had not expected to purchase a car when we went in on labor day, but over the course of a couple test drives and some quality selling, she was eventually convinced. We had been looking at Toyota Rav4s but found that, in spite of the higher price tag, the Rogue Sport was a better fit for my girlfriend's needs. It was a great car at an even more fantastic price, we felt valued and cared for through the entire process. Every employee we spoke too was warm and friendly and were able to pick up when they might be pushing to hard and backed off. It was an absolutely perfect car buying experience and I plan to return to them when I finally trade in my old clunker and buy a new car. This experience may have made me a Nissan customer for life, and once again, thanks to Stephen for being such an incredible and friendly salesman.
We had a great experience with the whole team at Kirkland Nissan. My husband and I bought a 2018 Nissan Leaf. They were great. It's always a long process but they made it very easy and comfortable for us. They gave the kids cookies and waters while they waited. We worked with Shane, who was fantastic. Great experience overall. We were thrilled.
The vehicle that I wanted sold before I could look at it but the customer service was fantastic!!! I can't remember the woman that I talk to in customer service but I think her name was Nikki. She was very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend my friends to that dealership.
