New Tires were added to the vehicle, that was greatly appreciated!. Disclosure of Med. Level scratches were not identified on cars.com.............Dealership was Friendly and very helpful with the Loan Paperwork! One disappointing thing was only 1 set of keys..................I should have asked for a further discount with only 1 set of keys............My wife was not to happy about that..............
Ed Ryan contacted me quickly about my inquiry about a specific car and held it for me to test drive. Nick worked with me to get a ballpark figure of my monthly payment and then when I decided to buy the car George Vasquez made sure that I got an amazing interest rate and finalized the sale. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was shopping online for a late model Nissan Sentra without too many miles and I went through many different websites trying to find the right car. I found the car that I was looking for at this dealer and the price was very competitive. I worked with Ross on my purchase and everything went smooth and I am extremely pleased with the car that I purchased.
They had a G37x I was interested in, low mileage off-lease in red. We got to within a few $100 of closing the deal but couldn't get together after dealing with the owner. The other salesman I'd originally spoken with called back and offered to do the deal at my price but it was too late by that time. I'd already purchased another car.
I'm new to posting online and this is my second time posting this so if its a double please understand that I didn't do it on purpose. Great car dealer will buy again! I told one of the salesman what kind of truck I was looking for and found it for me and it was a good price so I bought it good trade in value of my other truck.!
My experience with Daryl Oldfield, has restored my opinion of car salesmen. I have not enjoyed the new car buying experience in a long time. I had never bought a car before last week and I was very nervous going into it. My experience started with Margaret Garland and it was such a pleasure to work with her and she made the experience worth the drive to Gallatin within my first 15 minutes there. I also worked with Justin who was really great, there was no veil of mystery to the pricing, rates, and other pieces. Justin made what I assumed would be the least pleasant part of the buying experience easy, friendly, and un-intimidating. I also worked with Alex at the end of my visit, who was great as well with making sure I understood everything we went over. Overall- an amazing visit that I haven't stopped raving about since I got my new car over a week ago.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
