I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. I hope this review helps give Mario the credit he deserves.

I came to this Kia for services and Danilo offered to see if he can get me into a vehicle And sure enough he did he went above and beyond my expecations to get me in a car that was affordable and Be a happy car owner. He was a great salesman and everybody else who was involved to help finalize my deal Alex my insurance specialist Sean my financial specialist was great . I thank him a lot and the manager was a great come in as well they took an experience to another level and I can???t thank them enough . Very happy and satisfied with the car I have .
All dealerships are not ran with the same quality. With that being said, the manager at Performance Nissan (Delroy) fixed an issue that was created by my going to a different Nissan dealership for maintenance service. He didn't have to, but he did (as a show of good faith) after I had given them such a hard time for what the other dealership did. Although, I have already left a review after their initial offer to fix my issue, I just felt it necessary to leave another. Being that they made a choice to take ownership and correct something that was no fault of their own. Now I will share with you what I learned from this: If your vehicle is under warranty from the dealership, allow that location only to maintain to your vehicle. When an issue arises, you will be glad that you did. And you create less headache for yourself knowing only one place can be responsible for it.

The Dealership is very clean and the lot looks well maintained.
The Customer Service was extremely friendly and helpful.
They had a nice stock of cars to look at and test drive.
Since I just bought the car, I have not experienced any repairs yet so that is unknown. I was introduced to the head of the repair department and they were very nice.
Facility could be a bit better. They don't offer free coffee when most dealerships do. However they do give free bottled water, so it's not too bad. They do not have a stock of Official Nissan gear but they will order it for you if they don't have what you want. The store and bathroom was very clean so 5/5 on cleanliness.
Overall, I would rate it a 5/5 star for general friendliness, help, and cleanliness. Presentation is important when buying a car and they provide excellent showmanship.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.
