I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
We just leased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder a month ago. Thank you Mr Albert Vasquez for the best deal and excellent service you gave us. I will refer you to my family and friends to buy cars from you and Augusto.
You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
Sunny was easy going, knowledgeable, clear explanations, fair price, confident, did 150% to stay with us through to final drive-away!! Highest recommendation! He was reassuring on all our concerns as new all electric buyers! Flo c.
Cerritos Nissan have excellent customer service ! I purchased my Nissan with a gentleman named Francisco G. ,I felt after shopping and going to many auto dealers he was the person I wanted to purchase from ! He gave above and beyond customer service ! Next was dealing with the finance manager who closed the deal with perfect service Giovanni B. I couldn't of asked for better service . I make sure to check their website for coupons to save on my maintenance for my Altima. It's easy to make my appointment online, and I can plug in my lab top to get some work done while I wait. Free coffee, snacks and water too!
Very helpful when it comes to making the customer happy . Adrian Luna made me feel like I was his #1 customer he was never distracted he made it his goal to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable ,and honest too if he was unsure of something he was straight forward about it and assured me that we would find out answer together I like that open communication because I felt like I could trust him with everything . I was right too he stayed focused and met all my needs as well it's people like him that makes you want to buy the car because of the quality of service that you received when you reached out for assistance.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. I received what was promised and very happy with this transaction . Salesperson (Joe) followed up on condition of the car and actually arranged a service with 3rd party which I took the car.
Sales and dealers are very welcoming. Their finance dept and Bankers used for your car are pushy.
Tried to sell me a car not even close to the car I wanted just so the bank can approve. Not listening to my requests. Be cautious to negotiation.
Kevin was very friendly and helped us find a car we were very happy with. They can be a little pushy at times but they worked with us and ended up with a car and deal we were happy with.
