I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
Kathy was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles and if she didn't know she found out. She was patient with me and very helpful. Kathy never let me feel uneaany about buying a car from here. Jocelyn was wonderful also and very helpful. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had.
Great customer service! I never felt pressured to buy my new car, and every member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. My car did have to go in for some minor service, but Revay and Aziz made sure the service was scheduled and completed shortly after purchase.
I have purchased many cars in my life and it is something I have always dreaded. The traditional "car salesman" experience is horrible where you just don't know if they are acting with integrity. My experience at Regal Nissan made me realize I was just shopping in the wrong place. My salesperson, Jeremy Russell, took the time to explain everything to me, got me a great price, and changed my perception of a car salesperson. I absolutely love my new Rogue and I will be back to see Jeremy and the others at Regal for all my car needs.
We brought a vehicle we were tentatively thinking of purchasing for a pre-sales inspection. The service department team was able to point out multiple flaws with our vehicle that we would never have noticed. Being in a time sensitive situation for a new car, the service department called a salesperson, Daryl, over to help. We walked out of Regal with a better deal than the car we were thinking about purchasing in a little over 2 hours. What a wonderful, pressure-free environment! We are so thankful that what we thought was a good deal turned into a better one! Highly recommend this team!
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
My sales guy Kelvaleski Davis is awesome! He greeted me at my appointed time and made my car buying experience a dream come true. He never made me feel pressured but made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands choosing what was best for me. Kelvaleski and Nissan of Newnan will definitely be my go to for all my auto purchases.
Went in on a Sunday with only a hope of getting into the Durango I was interested in. Ended up getting way more than I expected on my trade and a great rate. The process only took a few hours and everyone I interacted with had great customer service. I didn't feel rushed and they got me into a 2018 car with around the same payment I had for a 2015. I am not going to write a long post because my title says it all! They are the BEST hands down!!!! Awesome from the greeter to the salesman to the person cleaning up your vehicles. I will not go any where else for my car needs.
I keep coming here because they do not waste my time. Fast efficient and remembering the little requests I made before the service started. Then highlighting them when I back to pick up my vehicle. Bravo.
It was meant for us to meet Lauren. She was patient and understanding and she fought to put me in a vehicle that would best suit me. Even had the chance to speak with Jeremy from cooperate . We were there from 1200pm to 630pm and the wait was worth it. My mom and I both were able to drive off the lot with cars that best fit us. :)
My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn???t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership.
