Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
My wife and i decided to just ???drop in??? and look around. We were greeted by Jeff Hill and immediately felt as ease. I served 25 years in the Marine Corps and have had my fair share of ???salesmen???. Jeff Hill was cut from a different cloth. His friendliness and no pressure sales had us convinced that this place is the place to buy. We came back later that night and approached by Roy Perez (who was also phenomenal). Decided to come back the next day, Jeff Hill wasn???t available but Rich Wood took amazing care us for the remainder of our purchase. In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
