I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . I've been a car salesman here, have bought 20 cars here, and these guys are GREAT- period. and now here's your WARNING- WARNING DON'T BUY a CAR from CAMELBACK KIA a lying bunch of dishonorable people from sales to finance from start to finish. No GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. I contacted Berman Infiniti at 4:00pm on a Wednesday. This was after having horrible experiences shopping for cars earlier in the week. I had visited a local Mercedes dealership (who was awful) and (unsuccessfully) attempted five times (throughout the day) to contact a local Audi dealership. Someone picked up the phone and transferred me over to Addy. I told him what was up; I had already picked out the car I wanted to see. I told him I was ready to buy a car and was serious about financing through the dealership, but that they would have to beat the financing deal I had already received through the bank. I then told him what I planned to put down on the car and that I would be there in 90 minutes. "See you at 5:30" was his response. Upon arrival, we used the complimentary valet (which sounds gimmicky, but it's in the heart of downtown Chicago...) and got right down to it. Within 15 minutes we were in the seat of the car I had told Addy I was interested in. After a test-drive we sat down and began the financing. Their terms were favorable, so I decided to move forward. Within two hours of arrival I left Berman Infiniti behind the wheel of my Q50. The process was painless and I never felt pressured to buy anything, including the car itself. They even cut me a deal on the extended warranty, which, again, sounds cheesy, but it was a pretty generous deal to further protect my CPO Q50. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or CPO Infiniti. Make sure you ask for Addy!

This was my family's first Honda purchase, a 2018 Odyssey. After months of debating whether or not we wanted a minivan, we came across the newly redesigned fifth generation Odyssey. We test drove at another dealer and then began the search for the best deal since we were trading in a car we had only owned for 2 years. Honda of Concord was the last dealership we contacted but they were the most responsive and understanding of our situation. Everyone took the time to fully understand our needs (and wants) and worked to ensure they were met. I started conversing with Carson, who worked out the numbers with the purchase and the trade. While he did not beat the price of the van I had received at another dealer (don't fret, it was not by much), he was able to cut more than my trade's buyout to help make up some of the difference. Once all that the finances were figured out, Joy joined the conversation and knocked the ball out of the park. Every question I had was answered within a few minutes by text, often accompanied by pictures for visual aid if needed. Once we decided to make the deal after pre-approval with our credit and situating the payment where we wanted, Joy and the team worked to find the color van we wanted since they didn't have it on the lot and had it in hand ready to go within a few hours the following day (we made our decision to buy the van late one evening). Joy made sure to schedule our arrival at the dealership to sign the paperwork so that we weren't there longer than necessary (she knew we would have two small children in tow). Though that process took a little longer than expected once we arrived, we were understanding as we saw the traffic in and out of the showroom. As we waited Joy didn't leave our side; she went ahead and started to discuss our preferences for the Odyssey (given there is so much technology they ask how you want certain functions to work) until Kevin in finance was ready for me to process all the paperwork. Kevin had everything printed and ready, described all the figures and notes in full detail, and we were out of his office in 15 minutes. The van was waiting for us out front along with Joy who was eager to explain some of the amazing features of the Odyssey - from the RES to the tailgating capability 3rd row to 2nd row magic four-way sliding seats. She also went ahead and preset our preferences for some of the functionality as a result of the conversation we had with her earlier. My family loaded the car and we were off. Joy even checked in the next day to see how we were enjoying the van. First rate dealership through and through. If and when we are ready to buy another car - new or used - we will definitely visit Honda of Concord. I highly recommend Joy and am grateful to have purchased a car with her as our sales partner. Knowledgeable, understanding, efficient, and energetic. Joy and the team made us feel like family and we were catching up after not seeing one another for a while. Thank you Carson, Joy, and Kevin. Our family is thrilled with the Odyssey and only wish we were closer to stop in and say hi when the car will need service.

On April 30th I went to Ferman Chrysler Jeep of NPR. I was attempting to get out of a 2010 Town and Country Touring Sedan I had purchased from them 2 years ago. I have an automobile experience behind me, from selling New Oldsmobile's to selling New Cadillac's, 2 years at each dealership, prior to one year as a New Car Sales Manager at Dimmitt Jeep/Eagle in Tarpon Springs in 1989. Ferman had laid me away on a 2010 used vehicle at 24% interest rate with Chrysler. My payments were $308.00 a month, automatically paid through my account for two years. I went to purchase a Jeep Cherokee that had a $5,500 rebate, to overcome my upside down trade. They told me I would need to go with a Dodge, I said okay, and drove the car! I had told them $500 down! They told me, if I would give them another $2,500 down, Chrysler would welcome my business at only 16.5% interest! I stood up, and said you are out of your mind, see ya, I am going across the street to Nissan. in walking out my sales person said will you tell me if you buy a vehicle, and I said in a heart beat! I went across the street to Maus Nissan! Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice man Sabas Fiqveroa. I explained to him I am here to do business different than the way he has been trained! I told him I needed to start with the new car Sales Manager. He brought me in, and introduced me to an awesome sales manager by the name of Troy. We conversed, seams we both came from Michigan. I told him of my Automobile back ground, and what I had just been through across the street, and what I was attempting to accomplish. We got along very well! He explained that Sabas was new, and he was going to have Alain Garcia help Sabas show me a SUV that was what I was looking for. Needless to this point all three employees were beyond belief in knowledge, as well as courtesy! I must say when I was explained the numerous features of the Rogue, not to mention the pleasure of the drive, as well as the power of a 4 cylinder with awesome fuel economy, I was sold! We went inside to see what we could do. We had some negotiation, but in all I was happy with the $500 down, $618.00 per month, for 72 months. When I met with the F & I guy, he would not be sure of interest until the next day, but he was looking at 9.5% interest. I said that would be fine. He then told me to open a savings and loan account, and in 6 to 8 months, I could probably get a much lower interest rate. In parting, he said he would let me know how it comes down with Nissan. The next day I got a call from Alain, asking if I could stop by and sign a paper with F& I, and I said yes, the next day I would be there about 11:00AM, and he said wonderful. The next day on my there I was anticipating the worst, but instead I was blown away with awe! I met with a lady, and she told me she had good news! I said wow! She went on to tell me the vehicle was reduced an additional $2,000, and Nissan was giving me the 2.9% interest rate, so I said what is my payment now? She said, it stays at $618.00, but in lieu of 72 months, that will be for 60 months! Wow, I have never seen anything like this happen in my 5 years in the industry. I felt that the New Car Sales Manager Troy had something to do with the transaction! Regardless, I am so impressed with Maus! I had had a Nissan Xtera that I dearly loved, and I had to part it with it when I was leaving a few years prior. I brought it to Maus, and it had 110 thousand miles on it, and they gave me the balance owed on the SUV, that blew me away! I never forgot that! I was just a fool for not buying from Nissan two years ago! Thank you so very much! By the way my Rogue really put the Dodge I drove to shame. In closing I might mention to future buyers, the Finance Lady told me in the future, no matter how bad my credit is, as long as I make my Nissan payments on time every month, Nissan would never increase my interest rate1

First I want to say that my wife & I made our second purchase on Tuesday March 27th. Ed Jefferies(Salesman) again was great as we new that he would be. We received a "Fantastic" internet deal. Ed worked very hard to make sure we received all the discounts that were being offered. The car we purchased was a 2017 Nissan Altima. We traded our 9 month old 2017 Nissan Sentra S. It was time for a upgrade. I also want to mention that at Lee Nissan everything that goes on there it's all about the customer. There always number one. Even if your a repeat buyer from this dealership. The only difference was when my wife and I walk onto the lot we were greeted by Ed Jefferies our salesman by our name and this continued throughout the buying process as different Lee Nissan associates recognized my wife and I. Honestly we were greeted as if we were family. We met for the very first time a young man his name is Tanner Lampert(Finance Manager). Tanner provided us excellent customer service as well as a wealth of knowledge that in the end this knowledge helped my wife and I make valuable decisions on purchasing great coverage for our new Altima S. We also got to meet Ed Haire. Actually Ed Haire(Sales Manager) seek my wife and I out to introduce himself as well as making sure we were getting 100% cooperation as well as all our questions were being answered or any concerns that we might have. I told Ed Haire that my wife and I would not purchase any vehicles from any other dealership except from Lee Nissan and that we would always seek out Ed Jefferies our SUPER SALESMAN for the best deals and of course his great advice that he always gives my wife and I. Now I do want to mention since I do following the Nissan Service Manual when certain areas of my Nissan need timely attention. So I want to do a shout out to the Service Department as well. Trust me you'll never fine a better team of service associates that get it done right the first time and always when I come in for service they recognize me by name, put me at ease on what service need to be done and they always give me a time I can expect to have my Nissan back. Super, super service department. Enclosing I want to apologized ahead of time for not mentioning all the Lee Nissan employees that I have come in contact with. Believe me there all "FANTASTIC" individuals that know what Excellent Customer Service is including the Lee Nissan telephone operator. If you prefer dealing with a courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, fair-minded, "quick-to-the-point" automotive sales team, we confidently recommend that you check out Virginia Select Auto Sales (VSA) whenever you're in the market for a quality used car at a fair price. The VSA sales team truly puts into practice the positive business philosophy described on their website. Our buying experience at VSA was extraordinarily pleasant because we were treated with respect by each team member encountered. "High-pressure"/"shell game" sales tactics were non-existent!! Instead, each member of the VSA organization we encountered demonstrated a genuine understanding of the importance of customer appreciation & a desire to completely assist us. Our high regard for VSA is validated by subsequent accounts that share a few highlights of our "VSA" buying experience. Prior to officially visiting Virginia Select Auto (VSA) we had searched the Internet for well-optioned, low-mileage 2016 Ford Explorers & test driven examples at competing vendors. We had also made two (2) "Sunday, off-hour" visits to VSA for cursory inspections of candidate vehicles. These experiences, coupled with prior online research, acquainted us with the fair market value of our "Trade-In" and the vehicle we sought. Upon our arrival, Customer Service Representative, Damian Garrett came from the sales studio to promptly & courteously greet us (attentiveness even before we could finish exiting our vehicle)!! His comprehensive knowledge/explanation of the features/options of the subject vehicle were extremely refreshing & helpful. Our "test drive" was not restricted to a limited-distance, "cold engine", slow-speed, punctuated "ride around the block". Instead, we were encouraged to thoroughly evaluate the vehicle's performance under operating scenarios we felt were important. All of our questions & concerns were acknowledged and appropriate follow-up with other VSA team members was made as soon as we returned to the showroom. After: 1) An explanation of procedures & policies VSA employs regarding selection & purchase of one of their vehicles; 2) An introduction to available extended warranty programs; and; 3) Completion of customer identification paperwork, we were introduced to Jerry Williams (Sales Manager), who handled presentation of the purchase proposal & negotiation of the final vehicle purchase agreement. Jerry Williams also greeted us with respect & courtesy throughout the negotiating process which was cut to the chase immediately after our initial counter proposal (no long, arduous, anger-provoking, back & forth negotiating iterations here!!). He thoroughly explained the basis for VSA's initial sales agreement proposal, identified what was acceptable in our opinion, and successfully worked with his upper management to make possible acquisition of the vehicle under terms we felt were fair & amenable to both parties. It was great to reach a final agreement without VSA going through annoying, intermediate attempts at making an agreement that we were not going to feel comfortable with!!! after amenable sales terms were reached, Jerry introduced us to Blake Howery (Finance Director). Blake tailored our extended warranty program review to options we had previously expressed interest in and didn't waste our time going through undesired alternatives. His explanations and answers to our questions clarified our understanding of the warranty offers at issue and aided our decision -making process. Subsequently, the purpose of each sale-related paperwork element was thoroughly explained before it was presented to us for signature. Adequate opportunity for questioning was afforded throughout the process. Finally, while Damian was installing our license plates & helping us transfer personal belongings to our newly-purchased vehicle, another VSA staff member (with whom we had no direct contact on the showroom floor) also congratulated us on our purchase!!
