Really great experience, there was no pressure at anytime to buy or try to get met to buy a different veichel. The salesman answered all my questions. The finance person was really nice explaining all the different options available and at no time was he pushy for me to buy them. I would absolutly recommend to friends and family.

I came in just to ask a few questions because i was thinking of starting a lease for a new car! I have never done this before and Chanler was very helpful. She walked me through what all would happen and payment plans and everything. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and with a plan! I love this dealership and highly recommend it. I have been researching a nicer used car for a good year and a half. I had it narrowed down to four cars that I wanted. Tried to shop locally and nothing happened. I had a Suburban and I wanted to make reasonably sure that the snow was about over. I'm pretty much just a tire kicker. The service at Woodhouse, in my experience, was pretty much top notch. Odd location. But just being on the lot watching the planes fly overhead and land at nearby strip was worth the trip. Love the car I bought there. Young,friendly clean cut associates. Inside of the dealership is kind of vanilla, but nice coffee machine.
Tommy Tucker recently helped up find a used Pathfinder that was perfect for us. He greeted us right by the door and helped us right away. He beat all of the other deals we were looking at. Management and financing were also great. We are very happy!
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. I strongly recommend this Dealer! From day one they took excellent care us. They worked with me to find what car would fit. After about a week of searching and comparing with other dealerships, they got the right car for me with the price and options meeting our needs. On top of that they installed a remote start. I had a great experience. My salesperson Dustin Pennington went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and searched for the exact car/options that I requested. He came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule and came back later the same evening to finish the paperwork and make sure I had everything I needed. He has contacted me since to see if I needed anything and to check how I was liking my new vehicle. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and helped to get the deal I needed to purchase my vehicle.
We checked out two other local dealerships (Toyota/Chevy) and Village Pointe earned our business hands-down. Justin D'Angelo was thorough, answered all of our questions and made sure that everything from the vehicle features to financing was transparent. We received two other quotes on our trade in and Justin was able to match that plus offer a better deal on the vehicles. We walked away with fully loaded autos and a great maintenance package for each for less than the other dealership was quoting a purchase / lease combo for two vehicles. If the service department is half as good as the sales / financing is then I will be extremely happy. Thanks for all of your hard work and professionalism Justin. We truly had a great experience, for the first time, buying our vehicles.
After my latest experience I have to give them an overall of 4. The sales process this time around was fairly straightforward, they gathered important details about my wants up front, sized me up for the car I wanted and explained the process as we went through, addon sales were less pushy this time and accepted a dismissal gracefully. Only thing stopping this from being a 5 star experience was that I came in when my lease was about 2 weeks from expiry with hopes that I could dispose of the vehicle, get the loyalty rewards for being a nissan driver(6 cars bought/leased from only this dealer) I was told I had to wait to dispose of the vehicle until the 14th, and that I was not eligible for the incentives and will have to pay the disposal fee for the previous vehicle. Seems like someone who buys consistently and more and more expensive cars(sentras to altimas to maximas) might be worth waiving. 400 dollar fee, so due to this I have to only give a 4. No fault to the salesman who was excellent and did his best.
