Owned several Nissans in the past, including an 06 Titan. Currently own a 2018 XD SV 4x4 with the 5.6 gas engine. The engine is an absolute gem. When it was rated at 390 horsepower, they must have used Clydesdales because this feels much stronger than the 15 Ram I leased a couple years ago with the 5.7 Hemi. Aside from the front end of the truck being a little homely and the infotainment system being slightly out of date, there are very few negative aspects of this vehicle. It has great power, rides decent, has extremely comfortable seats, and is made with the typical outstanding Nissan build quality. By all means, read the poor reviews that are out there - but take them with a grain of salt as most appear to have been written by individuals with limited intellectual capacities. This truck gets bad press, but I for one believe it is every bit as good as any other brand on the road. Throw in the fantastic warranty and common huge discounts, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value.

Let me start by stating that I don't do reviews. However, I was so impressed with the fast , efficient and friendly service bestowed upon me by Lydia Farias and her team of professionals that I must take the time to give them all "kudos" here. I told Lydia what I expected for my trade in and that I needed the 0% interest/0down/72month deal to make this happen. She delivered in less than 3 hours along with her financing associate , Jennifer Welch. No haggling or awkward pressuring just straight talk business. This in spite of the fact that unbeknownst to me, it turned out that the "low mileage"2012 Camry I bought in 2013 from Don McGill had been wrecked and repaired before I bought it! (very embarrassing) Lesson learned. Never mind the year or how low the mileage, "GET THE CAR FAX!! Regardless of this problem, Lydia was still able to make the numbers work for me. I am truly pleasantly surprised with my car purchasing experience @ Hass with Lydia and her team. They are all a valuable asset to that dealership!

I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla to take advantage of the awesome deal currently going on: 0% interest for 72 months. Bo was awesome and helped me every step of the way. I have waited a week to write this review. Got the car 07-24-2017. Let me start off by saying I have less than A+ credit. More like LESS than. After 2 weeks of car hunting I was getting to the end of my rope. I had my wife running me around from lot to lot. But not on this day. I was told 2 weeks was her limit. So I gathered all documents needed & left. I had talked to Randy Sampson prior to arrival so that's who, had his work really cut out for him, I went with. Got paperwork started and we were off. I was carted all over parking lot & asked what about this one over & over again. Saying yes to them even though I felt in the end it would be no. So we head back in. He asks the normal questionnaire. EVERYTHING. The difference is he heard me. Because after quite a long time of running numbers he made it work.I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Scion xB. I finally have a car I really wanted. It feels better than I expected. On a scale of 1 to 10 Haas gets a 10. Randy gets a 20.

I was extremely pleased with the purchase a used vehicle for my daughter from Gillman Acura. My sales rep was Crysta Pickett and she made the process very painless and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I was in and out within an hour. Unfortunately a couple days after we brought the car home something catastrophic happened to the engine and I reached out to Crysta and had the car towed to my mechanics shop. I immediately got a call from the Sales Manager, Greg. He said that they were going to tow the car down to there dealership and check it out. He called me a day or so later and said that the engine was destroyed. He said that even though I bought the car "as-is" that the car should not have died within two days of bringing it home and that the dealership was going to take care of it! Needless to say I was very happy to hear that they were stepping up to the plate and taking care of this. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the entire process and even though the used vehicle had serious problems shortly after bringing it home the dealership took care of it with no qualms whatsoever. This is the way a business should treat its customers. I will not go anywhere else again.

I am writing this review to encourage all to take their vehicles to Tomball Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep. I know taking your vehicle to the 'dealer' is not an exciting experience (having to take your vehicle to any auto repair shop is never positive) due in major part to the stereotypes that are far too often supported by reality. Yet to my surprise, my experience from start to finish, the integrity in the customer service, and the respect given to me, all by Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale, will serve as a reminder to me that good people still exist. My van had not started in a month. It needed multiple rocker arms and four cams to be replaced. Here are the facts of my experience: o Howard Hunt, a Service Advisor, called me within one hour of my van arriving via tow truck. o On three separate occasions, Howard said he would call me back at a stated time. He always called me back precisely when he said he would. o He gave me his direct phone I could call/text. When I texted him, he replied back almost immediately. (It did take him roughly 10 minutes to reply to one text I sent him.) o When communicating, Howard was direct, sincere, and did not provide false hope. (That was actually very refreshing.) Albeit this was a costly repair, because he didn't give false hope, there were no surprises during the entirety of the repair process. o Howard went above and beyond to get the work done in the time I requested. At one point, I did not think it would be possible due to the weekend. Howard actually called me excited because he just so happened to ask his parts guy making a delivery if he had the four cams I needed and he did. o After nearly two weeks in the shop and on the day the repairs were complete, Howard Hunt called me to inform me the van's electrical system was causing issues and they were now exploring the problem. My heart sank. He called me back within 15 minutes with excitement and relief explaining to me the mechanic thought it best to unplug and reattach the electrical components to the TIPM system and it worked perfectly. No repairs needed and Howard passionately apologized for having alarmed my wife and I. (I suppose I am not used to having an auto repair shop overly communicate.) o I went to get the van right at closing on a Thursday. The bill was a little more than $300 dollars more than quoted. Howard Hunt had already left for the day. Darryl Depasquale (I didn't realize he was the Service Manager) approached me and said he was looking in to the discrepancy. A few minutes later, he pulled me aside to explain to me what happened. Somehow, an element of the original quote I approved did not tally in the total. Although they did the work and I approved the work, Darryl Depasquale owned the mistake saying it was clearly not my fault nor problem, but a mistake on their end and they would honor what they originally quoted. (That was so refreshing! This all happened past closing, lights off, and doors locked.) o The most defining moment came the next day when I received a call from Howard Hunt stating they had found a way to save me more money…(I am truly not joking.) Much to my surprise, Darryl Depasquale went beyond all expectations when he gave me back a portion of my bill. That was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. I wish there were words to describe the kindness, generosity, and sincere customer service I received directly from Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale. Much to my shame, I fail to remember the name of the cashier that stayed well after hours with her work completed to simply process my bill as well as another Service individual (I think Julie was her name) who worked alongside Darryl Depasquale to determine the difference in the bill and my original quote. I am now a proud, life-long customer of Tomball Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and without question, I trust the people that work there. Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale have set the standard for customer relations and customer service.

It rides great and the seats are comfy. At 44k miles shift mode doesn't work $660+tax, fuel gauge works improperly $130'ish for sending unit. Great cab space.

Truck has more than plenty of power. It is the roughest riding and most uncomfortable truck I've ever owned. Minor reliability issues covered under warranty and whole truck shakes at highway speeds. Vibrations are a known issue with these trucks, but no fix avaiable. Pass this one up and go for the Chevy!

Great Truck. I have the Base S model and I couldn't be happier. Plain truck with plenty of power and plenty of room. I ride plenty of rural roads and this truck is built solid. Gas mileage cant be beat in this size truck. Pulls anything you put behind it. Only thing I didn't like was mine seems to have a light coat of factory paint in the bed and scratches a little to easy but I plan on having it lined anyways. 14k miles down the road and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Nissan for building a truck that last 10 years like it should. The good times aint over for good.

Getting my oil changed At Tom Peacock Nissan last Saturday and I asked where I could buy some water. The salesperson I believe, Roy asked me to give him a couple minutes and he brought me a couple of cold bottles. I was pleasantly surprised. He asked if I was being help, and I told him that I was there just to get an oil change. He asked if there were anything else he could do to make my experience a better one and if I had any questions, he would be more than happy to answer. I was taken back with just the water but a sales person taking the time to see if I needed anything else even though I wasn't there to buy a car, says allot! Quick service and exceptional customer service!

Its a great styled pickup the one major flaw is that the manufacturer wont allow anyone but a nissan dealer service the transmission or breaks every other truck i have owned they allowed all the services to either be done by yourself saving 800 dollars a year or by a qualified shop usually saved about 500 dollars a service i dont feel like a manufacturer should be able to set a monopoly on certain services

Im a blue collar mid aged construction worker who bleeds red white and blue. I understand things dont always work out and as many americans do, we make the best of it and look foward to briter days. I was raised on the work force of detroit pick ups; always looking for a friend in Mo. Par had become acceptable by the time the work force called my number. So like any young man with good intentions I grabbed my finest bowtie and headed to work. Unfortunately my bowtie was cutting it so i set out to find a new look. It came as a big surprise that low and behold the trucknof my dreams didnt come from Detroit but from the far west and ascmuch as it bothered me the grin on my face from driving my Titan kept it a secret. My husband and I bought the 2011 murana /convertible top new The first year we were told to bring it in the top was recalled and every since they replaced parts to recall the convertible top We have been embarrassed because several times it did not open or close properly Hopefully this will be the last time we have issues with the top After explaining the situation to the manager Mr Burton he kept his word and although it took several weeks to complete the repairs to replace the top we finally got our vehicle back We are hopeful that the top operates proper We still have to wait a few more days to check the status of the opening and closing of the top because it's still new I want to think everyone for following through with the warranty and l pray the nightmare is over for good. I was welcomed with a sincere friendly smile by Dillon. He was genuinely friendly and helpful. He explained the service provided and suggested additional service needed. He also gave me a timeframe in which the service would be completed. I inquired about complimentary beverages. He explained that coffee was available and he could have a fresh pot made if asked. He thanked me for my time and invited me back again. I was very pleased with the service experience and Dillon was Awesome 👏🏾 ??

This is the second Titan I’ve owned and the new exceeds everything the first version had to offer. It’s better, faster, stronger, and gets much better mileage. I love my new Titan!

After spending several weeks diligently searching for a 2014-2015 Nissan Versa at a variety of dealerships and having no luck I was at my wit's end. By the end of the day on Monday, March 7th, after hours of driving and haggling with different dealers, I decided to try out Beck & Masten off 1960 as my boss had highly recommended them. I am so thankful I did! I aimlessly walked around the lot looking for a certified used car of any sort, I had given up on the Versa at this point, and was soon greeted by Carlos. Right off the bat he went back and forth searching for a car that fit within my price range. He eventually introduced me to Thomas, one of the salesmen, who searched through their database to find the right car for me, and he did! It's a 2012 Chevy Sonic Hatchback, and I could not be more thrilled with it! I almost was not able to purchase it as there was some back and forth with my financing through my bank, but Thomas came through and managed to lowered the cost for me - something NO other dealer I visited would even think of doing! Their customer service is above and beyond what I had experienced at any other dealer, no matter what department I was dealing with! I highly recommend Beck & Masten to anyone in search of a car!

Talked to Mahdi on the phone, told Him what I wanted. Looking for 300c, saw a 300S that caught My eye. Not as peppy as My 2013 300 base but, dang, it felt good! Mahdi was very personable. Whatever question He couldn't answer, He knew where to go to get an answer. Honestly, Mahdi is Palestinian and I'm a Mex. For some reason I dont think any body else could have sold Me that car, that age, at that price. Diversity is what makes Us great! Joe Ruiz 82nd Airborne The All Americans.

Here are the major positives with the buying experience: 1) I phone shopped for several weeks. I asked drive-out price only. If I didn't get a drive-out price commitment over the phone, I would not do business with that dealership. Ken gave me a drive-out price over the phone with no qualifiers. And, when I went to the Planet Ford to drive the vehicle, the dealership honored the price given over the phone. I would have walked if the price changed, even in the slightest way. 2) Never felt pressured by Ken to make the buy commitment. He answered my questions and was extremely patient. 3) The post-commitment process was efficient and almost pain free as those things go. 4) Every person on the show room floor that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I assume most where salespersons. They all treated me as if I was their personal customer, even though they were not connected to this sale. It made a lasting impression. I applaud the culture that I experienced at Planet Ford.

Exhaust manifold - warrantied All other items were normal maintenance examples Battery, tires, shocks, beaks etc. Absolutely great truck for the money. Handles like a car. Reasonably quick. Never lacks power up hills. I will get 400,000 miles guaranteed!
