I bought it used to haul stuff occasionally. It ended up being a daily driver, which means 85 highway miles a day.
The crew cab has lots of room & is great on long trips. I used it to haul wood, brush & furniture. It's never performed badly, no matter the load.
I've not done serious off road driving but I've never been stuck in snow or mud once I put it in 4wd.
I get 16 mpg, highway loaded or empty. I get about 12 mpg in town. I'm sure I'll keep it until the wheels fall off. At 193,000 miles I've had to replace the radiator, oxygen sensor & exhaust manifolds. Everything else is original.

I got my 2005 Titan at the end of 2004 and have driven it every day. It is perhaps the best Truck I have ever owned and maybe the best overall car/truck I have ever driven. The only problem I have ever had with this truck was the clear-coat faded after 12 years. I just had it repainted and it looks GREAT!! I will keep this truck for as long as it will have me.
