I've had my 2019 Texas Titan edition for 3 years now. I test drive the F150 and the 1500 Silverado but this Titan interior quality was so much better. Thicker windows for a quieter ride and thicker dashboard that doesn't feel like cheap plastic. I've got 80K miles on this now with zero issues. No complaints at all and so happy I went with this. I don't haul anything heavier than 3K lbs so I can't speak to heavy hauling. Every day driving and long distance riding it's fantastic.

After reading every review on here, I have to echo all the great reviews. Being a die hard chevy /gmc guy when I started looking at replacing my 06 Silverado I was in complete shock at the prices of all of the big three. Even a 2017 GMC with 100k miles was 45k and a 2022 GMC was close to 65/70k. Then I started looking at the Titans and was again shocked but for the polar opposite reason. I bought a 2020 400 hp 9 speed with super comfortable seats. Drives like a NASCAR and sounds just as awesome. I am the type that will research something to death before making an informed decision. And I am absolutely happy with my choice. And I have enough left to buy a boat vs what I would have paid for big three brand.

Just bought this truck and love it. With the price of trucks these days it seemed like the best value out there. I haven't had it long enough to give it an honest overall or reliability rating, but I suspect I'm pretty spot on. Overall, this vehicle drives very tight, the suspension is very solid, and it's quiet enough. Would recommend.

2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

Purchasing was the easy part. The staff seemed very kind and were helpful. The issue came when we had a failure with one of the folding mirrors. The Ram 1500 we purchased was a certified vehicle with a 4000-mile 90-day warrantee. We were told that if there were any mechanical or electrical issues that they would stand by the contract and repair them. Also, we were told we could take it to any Dodge dealership for a new owner diagnostic test. We drove the car off the lot in Phoenix and went to San Diego. We experienced issues with the passenger folding mirror. It would make a loud clicking and not fold out completely with ease. Upon returning to Phoenix 2 weeks later, we took the Ram to a Dodge dealership in Phoenix, where we had made an appointment to have a diagnostic test run. What wasn't shared with us is that Autonation had its own testing facility where we wouldn't hace have had to pay. The cost was $215.00. The answer we received was 'not sure why you were told otherwise'. We were then sent to the Autonation Dodge where we ended up leaving the truck for a few days for the repair. During this time communication was not good with the service adviser we were assigned. One other thing concerning the communication, I received and email stating that the relationship with the dealership or better the salesman didn't end just because we were out the door and to communicate if there were any need or comment. I wrote back twice and received nothing in return. So, in short, the first part of the experience was very good and easy, the second half not so much.

Absolutely love everything about this truck. Comfort, reliability, power, and towing. The only complaint I have is that I wish the paint didn't chip so easily.

This is my second Titan, my first was a 2004 that I wish I still had, but it was destroyed in a roll over accident on black ice. Well, all of the little things wrong with the original design have been fixed, like the front brakes. Bigger and better rotors were added, no more shimmy when they wear out. I took this one step further, and added a high performance brake kit to all 4, with slotted and drilled rotors, ceramic pads, and high performance calipers that are painted powder coat cherry red! Expensive yes (2K), but worth it, because the truck is so fast, you need better brakes to stop. I'm running synthetic Penz. like you other dudes, and a little Dura-Lube oil treatment, so that puppy screams. I will modify the exhaust next with the stainless headers, and the rest of that dual-exhaust kit. I'm running Goodyear ATs with Kevlar. Also looking for ideas on additional high performance parts, but not to crazy. The Titan is the best truck I've seen, it has never failed to start or perform when called to. The one I rolled over saved my life, because I self extricated and walked away from that situation. The Titan was not at fault, the black ice was undetectable until it was to late. I was in the right lane in 4 wheel drive, going 50mph when I flipped over, there was no glass left anywhere on the truck when I crawled out in the snow. My 2012 is greatly improved, and I do plan to keep all 4 wheels on the ground.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. I researched trucks and kept up with the market for THREE years. In my research, I found that Ford has transmission issues and electrical issues. Their 10 speed is trash and constantly searches for gears. I tested one and confirmed that. RAM, despite being a BEAUTIFUL truck(Rebel), is unfortunately just a Chrysler product with a RAM badge. If you know vehicles, you know to STAY AWAY from Chrysler products. They are absolute junk and constantly break down. Chevy/GMC unfortunately share the same transmission as the F150. GM/Ford codeveloped the 10 speed transmission in their respective trucks. Chevy/GM also have their AFM(Active Fuel Management) engines which are known to have lifter issues before and after the warranty. So then there’s the Tundra. Nice truck! And when I say Tundra, I mean the legendary V8 generation, NOT the new one with the twin turbo 3.5L Lexus engine that’s already having numerous problems with the turbos. Unfortunately, the V8 generation is known to get HORRIBLE gas mileage. It’s the #1 complaint among V8 Tundra owners, with many owners reporting 10-12 mpg average at best. There’s also “Toyota Tax” in which you’re knowingly paying more because Toyota…. So, after 3 years of exhaustive research, I decided one day to just type in “full size 4WD truck crew cab” and a beautiful sporty looking truck from Nissan popped up called the Titan. I got intrigued and started the obsessive research right away… Lo and behold I would come to find out that this highly unknown absolute GEM of a truck by Nissan had the highest rating on the market right next to the legendary V8 Tundra. With MANY owners reporting mileage of 250k-500k miles with just BASIC maintenance! What?! So WHY is this GEM of a truck not well known?! Well, it’s because Nissan gave this GEM of a truck absolutely ZERO marketing…. Like ZERO! Like it doesn’t exist…. In other words, Nissan royally shot themselves in the a** by NOT marketing this beautiful GEM of a truck AT ALL! After reading numerous reviews about legendary reliability, beautiful styling, extremely comfortable seats, tons of space and great power from the 5.6L engine, I knew I had check one out! So I found a 2021 with 13k miles and instantly went to drive it and I was sold! I have a 2021 Pro-4X in Glacier White with the black/lava red Pro-4X trim, fully optioned to match the Platinum Reserve. It’s basically a PR but in Pro-4X appearance(black instead of chrome). The truck now has 20,xxx miles on it and all I can is that I REALLY enjoy this truck! The styling, space, comfort, power, utility, drive and ride quality are all top notch! And the best part? The price! I bought mine for $10k LESS than ANY comparable truck from the “big 3”! Why?? Because Nissan doesn’t market them AT ALL so they don’t sell…. So they’re massively discounted and priced to move. They also have an outstanding 5-year/100k mile powertrain warranty! Best in the business! I bought my Titan CPO so the warranty is even better. Also, fun fact, the Titan does NOT have auto stop/start or AFM! It’s just PURE V8 goodness! And that V8 is paired to a buttery smooth 9 speed transmission! So then, why only 4 stars and not 5?! Well, that’s because the infotainment screen in the middle of the dash isn’t the greatest. Mine already has discoloration and the lamination on the screen looks like xxxx in direct sunlight. It also freezes here and there when I use CarPlay. I use CarPlay exclusively because I really enjoy using it. But it does freeze, particularly in cold weather, and I live in Wisconsin, where the weather is xxxx for over half the year…. All in all, I truly feel that the Titan IS the best overall truck on the market and it 1000% deserves YOUR attention! I plan keep this GEM of a truck for at least 10 years. I also really like that I do NOT see many of them on the road because they’re just not well known…. BUT, IF you know, you KNOW!

My review may be a little early as I have only had the Titan for 2 1/2 months. However, the Titan performs! I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

I love my 2020 Nissan Titan Pro4X. My only complaint is that they should have stayed with the 7 speed transmission. I live where it get -40 to -60 in the winter. My 2017 Titan I used to have never had a problem during the winter. But the last couple winters with my 2020 Titan I have been having issues were my transmission wants to rev up to 2000 to sometimes over 2500 rpm’s during normal but some what cold days( 30 degrees and below is when it starts) The RPM’s should be around 1500. The truck will be warmed up before departure. The rpm’s will go up out of no where for about a half an hour then go normal for about 10 minutes then go back to high rpm’s. The Nissan dealership says they can’t do anything about it unless it happens while test drive it and you know how that goes. So I wouldn’t recommend the 2020 Titan and newer with the 9 speed transmission if you live were it gets cold during the winter. But it is great during all the other seasons.

I love my truck. It has all the features I need but nothing extra that inflates the price. I just wish the bushing on the tailgate assist was not made of plastic.

Good truck very reliable yes mileage is not the greatest but you should not own a truck if you worry about gas get a smart car. Then you can worry about the price of maintenance speaking of which only done the basic to my Titan.

Bought 2018 Titan used a year ago. It gets used about two days a week on average. So far its been great. Biggest issue is very stiff suspension.

Just purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X (certified) this year. I sold my 2012 Tundra due to the fact I just needed a change. I looked at a new Tundra but wasn't paying $70k for a truck I actually use as a truck and not as a soccer kid taxi..lol I love the truck so far - love the comforts and the reliability. We tow a 26' camper, car trailer, box trailer, and other wagons on the farm with it and it has been great. I have owned all the big three trucks and Toyota and gotta say I like the Japanese quality control soooo much better. Plus this was about $40K with 35k miles and has a 5/100k mile bumper to bumper warranty!!!! I like it because it does truck things. I don't need it to ride like a Benz or handle like a sportscar. The truck drives and handles actually better than the Tundra did and it was a little smaller (dimensionally). Honestly if you are looking for a newer truck give Nissan a look. They are priced better, they have a V8, plenty roomy (as much room as the 4 door F250 I had) and they are solid. I am not hung up on brands. Since I've switched to the Japanese brands and owned the Tundra and the Titan, I haven't seen a check engine light in more than a decade. If you are tired of constant recalls or having to park your truck a mile from the house in case it catches fire, take a look at Nissan. Most people that bash Toyota and Nissan have never owned one. Plus, just because Ford sales more F150's doesn't necessarily mean they are a good product. They just have people that like spending time at the dealership....lol

My second new Titan. First was 2018. Both have been great trucks with plenty of power and trouble free. You can merge with traffic at any speed! I have gotten good gas mileage from trucks and I am disappointed that Nissan has discontinued this model!

I have had this for around 2 years starting with 99,000 miles. Now has 117000 miles, its been a great truck. For being a truck that is almost 20 years old, the paint is faded in some spots and the dash where the speaker in the center was brittle and busted but, it was my fault it got busted. Anyways so far all the problems i have had since i have had it are that both the exhaust manifolds are leaking, which is very common on these trucks but, doesn’t effect it at all, runs just fine. It sprung a small oil leak from the oil cooler, easy fix. Had to replace both front hub bearings. And just before I bought it, the previous owner just replaced the radiator due to leak. So nothing major and has never left me stranded. Still has no rust. Everything works in it, the 19 year old Rockford Fasgate stereo system still sounds great. Sunroof still works, tv still works. I tell you everything works. Knock on wood for all of this, has been a very reliable truck. The 2 top things I would change in this truck if I could would be to give it more comfortable seats (not the most comfy but, not horrible either) and give it better gas mileage, low end I get about 12.5 mpg, high end 14.5 mpg. Not a gas saver by any means but, great truck all around. Pray it keeps being the reliable truck that it is.

Overall positive experience. I found the truck online, and when I got to the dealership the pictures were accurate of condition. Worked with John, let me drive the car wherever I wanted (other dealers only had predetermined routes and they sat in the back). Had 1 concern about the truck, which John handled before I came back the next day to bring my trade in. Buying process was straight forward, and no hard-ball tactics.

Never thought I’d be driving a Nissan Titan, actually wanted a Chevy Avalanche! I’m pleasantly surprised at the comfort, styling and power this truck has for the base S model. So far I’m pleased with the purchase, especially the OEM and aftermarket accessories that are available.

I had the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had at Avondale Nissan. My salesperson Trudy was not pushy, and didn't waste my time showing me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. She was straightforward and knowledgeable. The desk manager was very polite and helpful. I told them both what I was willing to pay, and they worked with me to make that happen. No haggling or hassle whatsoever. I was there for about 3 hours with my two small children and everybody was so nice. People coming up just to say hi to my kids, to offer them candy or a snack. Really good people here at Avondale Nissan. I am happy to have walked out with my new Altima.

I've owned 8 Nissans and they've never let me down. I have the Titan KC 4X4 in the SV trim. It's powerful, stabile and can tow a house! The Titan rides like a truck, but I'm ok with that. Only problem I've had is the #7 cylinder issue. Nissan replaced the shortblock under warranty. Otherwise it's been another great Nissan!
