Its a great styled pickup the one major flaw is that the manufacturer wont allow anyone but a nissan dealer service the transmission or breaks every other truck i have owned they allowed all the services to either be done by yourself saving 800 dollars a year or by a qualified shop usually saved about 500 dollars a service i dont feel like a manufacturer should be able to set a monopoly on certain services

Another GREAT Buying Experience

Last March both my daughter and wife purchased vehicles from DCH Freehold Nissan. Travis was the sales rep that handled my wife's lease. It was a very pleasant, hassle free and pressure free experience. In May, I decided to trade in my vehicle and purchase a Sentra BUT only if my price was met. Having had a very pleasant experience with Travis during my wife's lease, I arranged to see him for my trade-in/purchase. The experience could not have been better. He worked very hard to meet my expectations and price. I walked out with a new vehicle and very happy with the overall experience but particularly how Travis worked so hard to meet my demands. A couple of weeks ago, my new Sentra was totaled in an accident. I was hit from behind while stopped at a red light. I loved my Sentra so I went back to see Travis. Thinking he had me over a barrel because I now needed a car (last may, I didn't need a new car but I was willing to trade in my vehicle if my price demands were met). Travis went to work to find me a new Sentra with the options I wanted at the price I wanted to pay (same as last May). I walked into the dealership at 3:15 and I was on my way home with a brand new Sentra at 5:30. Again, Travis worked very hard to meet my price demands. I again left the dealership with the same impression I had last year.....if Travis ever leaves this dealership and goes elsewhere, that is where I will purchase my next vehicle. He is honest, works hard, no hassles, no b.s., no pressure. He explains everything up front, no surprises, no bait and switch. I've been buying or leasing vehicles for 40+ years. Too bad he wasn't around for all those other purchases/leases. Thank you Travis for your professionalism, honesty and making car buying such a pleasant experience.

Car trouble made easy

Had a bad transmission in a 2014 Altima. Got CVT Recall performed at a different Nissan dealer, when the problem continued, I brought it back and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. "The computer is still rebooting itself it'll drive fine." 3 days later when I stalled on a highway in NY and got towed to ANOTHER Nissan dealer, over the weekend, they couldn't tell me what was wrong. I bring it to Liz in Freehold, she got me a loaner at 6pm, and by lunch the next day, she called to tell me that the transmission is shot, and she will make certain it is covered under warranty. A HUGE help to my peace of mind. Thank you!

Worth A Look

Owned several Nissans in the past, including an 06 Titan. Currently own a 2018 XD SV 4x4 with the 5.6 gas engine. The engine is an absolute gem. When it was rated at 390 horsepower, they must have used Clydesdales because this feels much stronger than the 15 Ram I leased a couple years ago with the 5.7 Hemi. Aside from the front end of the truck being a little homely and the infotainment system being slightly out of date, there are very few negative aspects of this vehicle. It has great power, rides decent, has extremely comfortable seats, and is made with the typical outstanding Nissan build quality. By all means, read the poor reviews that are out there - but take them with a grain of salt as most appear to have been written by individuals with limited intellectual capacities. This truck gets bad press, but I for one believe it is every bit as good as any other brand on the road. Throw in the fantastic warranty and common huge discounts, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value.

Lots of Power, Roughest Riding Truck Ever

Truck has more than plenty of power. It is the roughest riding and most uncomfortable truck I've ever owned. Minor reliability issues covered under warranty and whole truck shakes at highway speeds. Vibrations are a known issue with these trucks, but no fix avaiable. Pass this one up and go for the Chevy!

My car buying experience from beginning to end with O'Neil Nissan (Warminster) was by far the best I've had....EVER!! In 2011, I had a polar opposite experience with a vehicle purchase at another well known dealer in the area. I kept the lemon for not even 3 months and luckily was able get out of the lemon to purchase a better (and safer) SUV. Because of situations like the aforementioned, unfortunately, some car dealerships get a bad rap. I held on to my SUV primarily so I wouldn't experience my 2011 situation a second time. But as years went by, I knew soon it would be time to upgrade. After being referred by family, I decided to visit O'Neil Nissan. Drew and Earle made me feel at ease and were extremely welcoming as soon as I walked in the showroom. You can tell by observing the interactions with everyone who works there that they are an above board non-shady dealership. Imagine my relief??! Long story longer...I purchased my dream "big girl" vehicle. I had no reservations choosing to work with Earle. I didn't shop around or feel the need to. Earle's demeanor is pleasant; he is genuine and is not overbearing or pushy. I told him what I was looking for and got that PLUS a lot more. The Easter Bunny was good to me this year!! In closing, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle or just want to shop around, go straight to O'Neil Nissan. I guarantee you won't find the quality and integrity at any other dealer. Quick and easy oil change and wonderful associates

Went Monday, May 1st to get my first oil change for the Rogue I purchased there in February. I was in at 9:15 and out at 9:48. In that time, the service associates showed me all of the little things that they provided with the oil change, explained them to me, and I was off. I had a quick visit with Dan Murillo, the salesperson who sold me the car, and, as always, he treated me like a friend, not someone he SOLD a car to, not a potential customer.
Friday I received a call from the dealership to see how the experience was, and I was very happy that they go to this extent to make sure I am satisfied with all of the services they provide, post-sale.

Price: Very fair. Although there was no real negotiation, I was happy given that the initial price was more than fair for what I was buying. The final cost before fees was $12,995 and after fees was $14,650.
Service: I had my mechanic inspect my 2012 Ford Mustang V6 convertible, and he found it to be a high quality car. Nicky was kind enough to let us test drive it a second time at closing time, and allowed me a few days to secure financing with my credit union with only a verbal agreement and a deposit to purchase. Grade A service.
Dealership setup: I recommend researching your potential car(s) and setting an appointment before visiting, because I test drove with a different salesman before closing the deal with Nicky. I even walked off the lot before coming back five minutes later to place a deposit. It may be a confusing setup to a casual walk-up impulse buyer.
Overall experience: Although I am generally skeptical of non-affiliated used car dealerships, Auto Avenues did a fine job and my mechanic approved of my purchase. Hopefully the car lasts long with no major issues, but I’d be happy to return again if the car lasts.

Great Truck. I have the Base S model and I couldn't be happier. Plain truck with plenty of power and plenty of room. I ride plenty of rural roads and this truck is built solid. Gas mileage cant be beat in this size truck. Pulls anything you put behind it. Only thing I didn't like was mine seems to have a light coat of factory paint in the bed and scratches a little to easy but I plan on having it lined anyways. 14k miles down the road and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Nissan for building a truck that last 10 years like it should. The good times aint over for good.
