I purchased s brand new 2017 Dodge 2500 next door almost two years ago and brought my daughter there s few months ago to get her first car, kinda and met Cody Farmer. Cody helped us find the perfect car for her and is the sole reason we came back when my second daughter purchased her car there last week. After doing a lot of research I really wanted to test drive the rouge. Sport. WOW was I pleased. Chuck was great no pressure just the faxes. Did not need to go any place. Everything they promised me they did. Happy to do business with such professionals. Thanks chuck and everyone who made the magic happen. Oh and that little Rogue Sport is super.
We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!
Went in to find a car and Gil came out and helped me right away. Gil was very kind and helpful- Highly recommend!! He was patient when I was trying to figure out what type of car I was wanting and also test driving multiple vehicles. He knew his stuff but never felt pressured.
I brought in my old(2001) Xterra for service and repair. They had the vehicle for a day and got everything done in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
Bishoy Rizk is one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very genuine and straightforward and was eager to ensure I was comfortable with the truck I selected as well as the terms of the deal. Doug Hammond showed me many accessories available for my truck, but was not pushy at all. Austin Evans was easy going and straightforward when it came to signing papers. It was a very refreshing sales experience. Would absolutely recommend him and Nissan of Cool Springs for your vehicle needs.
Never have I been more pleased with the whole buying process. From the moment I contacted Kyle Bailey, till the moment I drove up to look at the CPO Jaguar XF, through the negotiations and delivery process, I have never had a better buying experience. I've purchased Jaguars all over the country......Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami.....and never has the process been as friendly and efficient as Chattanooga Jaguar. I live in Illinois, contacted Josh Smith and he took care of every detail.....the car was ready for me to pick up....the financing all arranged except for my signature......he spent half an hour going over the XJ's features.....and I was on my way home!!!!.....and I also confess to being a bit on the cheap side and I can tell you that the very competitive pricing was the determining factor in choosing Chattanooga Jaguar! You simply can't make a mistake by dealing with them and I have never been treated as well as by Josh Smith!!
I went to Country Nissan hoping to trade in my lease. I knew I was going to go over my mileage limit and I wanted to own a car instead. I was worried that this would be difficult, however...I still owed a year on my lease agreement. I went to Jason LeClair, and he immediately went above and beyond in helping me find the best options for my desired monthly payment. I never once felt pressured or wondered if I was getting the best possible deal. Instead of feeling like I was playing "cat and mouse" like I have at other dealerships, we didn't waste any time getting down to business, and I truly enjoyed his company. I have always wanted a Rogue, and it's exactly what I got! I am so grateful Jason made it happen for me, and I will never buy another car from anyone else if I can help it. I even took a stack of cards to hand out to friends and family :)
