I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
Received excellent service, clear definition of work and estimate of cost for the services agreed upon. Called for pick up much sooner than expected. Will continue using maintenance service at this dealership.
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. With God's and Mia's help I was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. Thank you again Mia for being an excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend CarMax to my friends.
C3 Auto was recommended to us by a friend, so when the car we were looking for- for our son- showed up on Cars.com and it was at C3 Auto we called right away.
My husband and I visited separately and Danny was extremely helpful to both of us. He was honest, transparent and very easy to work with. He even helped us surprise our son, when we decided that this was the car for our family! It is a moment our son will never forget. We are so happy that Danny and C3 Auto were a part of the experience. We have already and will continue to recommend them to friends.
The least stressful car shopping experience I've ever had. Kristi listened to us and made great suggestions based on what we were looking for. We got a very good deal there. If you go there (and you should) ask for Kristi, she will fix you up!
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
Everyone was a pleasure to work with! I highly William and Ralph on the Used Car side. I was coming to them from Louisiana, they made sure to have the car detailed and filled with gas when I got there. They also worked to get things done as quick as possible, being they knew I was traveling.
I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.

Excellent customer service. We purchased a 2008 Audi A6 for my college daughter. Nice ride. The unfortunate thing is when we went to drive it home and put gas in it, it would not start. This is when normally things would go south. But not with this dealer. Eyad said bring it back in and I will fix it. He not only fixed the problem but checked for other issues and fixed those as well. The issue is one that I read is an issue with older Audi cars: gas cam shaft. He replaced that, the battery, and did an oil change which means we will not have to do another oil change for another 10,000 miles. Oh, did I mention how Ahmed, on a Sunday when they were closed, came so that my daughter could see the car before she had to head back to school? They were patient with us through the process of securing the funding with our bank since we saw the car after banking hours. And although I picked up the car when Eyad was not there, he texted me to give me tips on maintenance afterwards. My husband has already decided that our next car will definitely come from them. I had read their reviews and new they were rated high but now I see why! Need a quality used import? Go see Eyad and Ahmed at Speed Motors!!
Mr. Nabi is an excellent car salesman. Super wonderful service and he takes pride in complete customer satisfaction. I am very grateful to have been referred by my brother (who also purchased a vehicle here as well) and am completely satisfied with my new 2018 Altima. This is the place to shop for a vehicle and I absolutely recommend this dealership. You won’t regret it.
One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. I went in around 230 and walked out that evening with a brand new car. Al was a delight to deal with and very knowledgeable. I even received a phone call days later to check on my car and myself. Cannot recommend them enough!
