Daughters car was totaled by hail and suddenly looking for a replacement. Stumbled onto hertz in stl and Tom. Great experience and price on used Ford Focus. Very accommodating as we were traveling 3 hours for purchase. Would recommend and will consider them for future purchases
Not the best built or safest vehicle owned.

Although this vehicle is almost a good value, it is reliable, gets great fuel mileage, performance not bad, but could be better. However I consider this vehicle very unsafe and would not recommend it for children whether passengers or considering this their first vehicle. Speeds above 50mph car is blown all over the road because it’s to light, especially on windy days or around big rigs, you can’t stay behind them any length of time. Fuel tank is too small. Can only travel about 280-300 miles. Body is flimsily made, dents & scratches very easily. Paid $18,000 for this, can’t even play music through Bluetooth. Would have been better priced at 10,000.
They have no-haggle pricing. Their asking price on the car I bought was $2,100 under low-end Kelley Blue Book. No head games to take the extras: e.g., extended warranty, insurance or VIN glass etching.

I got this car about two months ago if this is what Nissan has to offer I will never get another Nissan again. Comfort in this can is non existent. Low tech. Interior is cheap and not comfortable. My truck broke down and had little to no choice about getting this car. I would never have picked this car out it hurst my back driving it everyday. Only good thing I can say about it is for now I am getting good gas mileage that is it on the plus side.
Codi was amazing! He was the first one to ask me what I was looking for. He took the time to make sure I got the car that I really wanted. Thank you, Codi!

2016 versa sedan s. Bought with 23000 miles. Have put 3000 on it so far. Drives great smooth manual shift and a surprising amount of power for a 1.6 L. LG trunk generous back seat and plenty of leg and head room. Great A/C. Very important in louisiana heat. Bluetooth uconnect hands free. Works awesome. For the price I paid I really can't complain about the manual locks and windows. No big deal. I was 16 before I had a car with electric locks and doors. My 12 yr old had issues but overall its a very well made tight car. The 5 speed adds to the fun. Not to mention I have had complaints from others that the CVT TRANS. HAS SOME ISSUES. NO WORRIES FOR ME WITH MANUAL SHIFT. All and all my only complaint is no cruise control. All tech is current Bluetooth, hands free u connect audio controls on steering wheel aux input. Decent microphone for vocal commands. Also has 8 airbags and great safety ratings. I will add on to review after 50k. Great bang for the bucks. I am considering adding an after market cruise control for $400. 10.5 gallon tank averages 400 per tank. Seats are quite comfortable but am only 5'6 160Lbs. My brother is over 6'2 and has plenty of leg room without sacrificing leg room in back seat. She's my little plain Janie. Happy with purchase.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Everthing is good on this car and cheep.

I Love this type of Car and its every cheep for gas and its a confortable car and also to drive and its great for budget that you have on a car to buy.
Overall, my buying experience at this dealership was a positive one. There was a little miscommunication during the buying process but everything turned out okay and the dealership was able to find the exact Nissan Juke that I wanted and brought it to the dealership within 48 hours.
Very good car cheap on gas and go places whereever

This car does the job going to where we need to go and very quiet and cruise the coast in it where ever needed to go its comfortable for short or tall
I love the back-seat leg room, the spacious trunk, and the gas mileage. This car drives incredibly smooth and is a HUGE money saver. Getting 35 miles to the gallon really helps with handling other financial needs instead of worrying about gas. I sold my Ford Fiesta to purchase this vehicle and I am completely satisfied with my decision. If you are looking into this car, no matter the year model, I recommend you to seriously consider the benefits from driving this model car. It’s absolutely great and I absolutely love it!!
The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.

33 mpg and reliable for over two years. Overall I am satisfied with this car... The most annoying quirk has been the touchy trunk release mechanism- it opens unattended, and has resulted in loss of property, negating the surprisingly capacious storage feature of this otherwise generic subcompact.
