On 8-15-17, my son purchased a used 2002 Toyota 4 Runner at C.A.R.S. Pompano Beach. Our sales person was Al, with whom I had spoken to on the phone from my home in Pennsylvania. Al was most helpful, and gave us a good deal on the purchase. My son had a great experience and we both felt that we were dealing with a very honest dealership. My son and I both agreed that the process from beginning to end with my phone calls to Al, to test driving, to negotiating, to the paperwork through to the end result of the purchase were more than excellent. My son is thrilled with the car and we both thank you so much for a great experience!
Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
This dealership worked with me. They took what I had and helped me grab an affordable car off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership. As soon as you get to the door, they welcome you with a big smile and service you as best they can. They basically become a family to you, as they did to me!

I got to the dealership and met with Diego. Cool guy. We talked a bit about what I was looking for. He asked me what was important to me. I talked budget and monthly payment. We sat in an office and a finance guy came in and gave me a bunch of options. I got to pick what worked for me and I got a new truck! Thanks guys. I'm gonna send my friends your way!
All dealerships are not ran with the same quality. With that being said, the manager at Performance Nissan (Delroy) fixed an issue that was created by my going to a different Nissan dealership for maintenance service. He didn't have to, but he did (as a show of good faith) after I had given them such a hard time for what the other dealership did. Although, I have already left a review after their initial offer to fix my issue, I just felt it necessary to leave another. Being that they made a choice to take ownership and correct something that was no fault of their own. Now I will share with you what I learned from this: If your vehicle is under warranty from the dealership, allow that location only to maintain to your vehicle. When an issue arises, you will be glad that you did. And you create less headache for yourself knowing only one place can be responsible for it.
