I have taken my 9 year old Nissan vehicle to Sutherlin Nissan for the last 7 years for oil changes & any service issue. I would not consider taking my vehicle to any other service facility. I count always count on the service being performed correctly. There is a comfortable waiting area or there shuttle service will take you home, work or the mall. The service adviser team is friendly and knowledgeable. I value my relationship with Sherry Hosch. She is friendly, courteous & dependable. Sherry will go the "extra mile" to make sure you leave with a positive service experience and will call her when you vehicle is need for the next service.
Sherry was welcoming, efficient and got me in and out in record time. I had considered not returning to Sutherlin Nissan for my service needs due to an unfavorable previous service experience, but Sherry MAY have changed my perception. . Improvements can always be changed. Overall good service. Good communication with sherry. Could be faster in and out, just needed oil change and battery checked. Left off a tire cap when got tire pressure a few weeks ago, thought that they may notice and replace, but they didnt. Just hope all piints were checked as they indicated on check list. I really have no way of knowing.
My service experience was excellent and Sherry is a excellent service adviser. All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable and they have free drinks and snacks.
When I first moved to Georgia I bought a car from Weis at a different location and now many years later I have bought two more at the Mall of Georgia location not knowing he switched over and its been a great experience working with patient individuals and seeing a familiar face
We were on a tight budget and had several cars and dealerships we were looking at. We went here first and we left with a far better car than we had hoped for. Bill was our salesman and Billy, the manager, was great! We are glad we got a car from a dealer that backs their products.. It's just as important what you buy as to where you buy.
This was my fourth dealership in four days, and when I arrived I was somewhat reserved because it was a larger office, but Allen was very professional when he greated me, and I was very surprised when he wanted to do a test drive right away, I had to ask him did he needed my drivers license, he was so polite I could not believe it. He was helpful in explaining my choice of vehicle, the contact agent how answered my online quote. Everything when so smooth, he???s my smooth operator ???Micheal Jackson???. Smile!!!
Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
Operating with honesty and integrity! The team, and I am choosing that word purposefully, was upfront and kind. Everyone from our sales persons (Tony & Keith) to the finance associate (Andrew) worked together! They answered ALL of our questions (and I personally ask a TON of questions) and kept their word on EVERY detail. No bait and switch. If you want to experience purchasing a quality vehicle, at a great price, from an amazing team of professionals....get on over to Carriage Mitsubishi! This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. I have purchased many cars in my life and it is something I have always dreaded. The traditional "car salesman" experience is horrible where you just don't know if they are acting with integrity. My experience at Regal Nissan made me realize I was just shopping in the wrong place. My salesperson, Jeremy Russell, took the time to explain everything to me, got me a great price, and changed my perception of a car salesperson. I absolutely love my new Rogue and I will be back to see Jeremy and the others at Regal for all my car needs.
We brought a vehicle we were tentatively thinking of purchasing for a pre-sales inspection. The service department team was able to point out multiple flaws with our vehicle that we would never have noticed. Being in a time sensitive situation for a new car, the service department called a salesperson, Daryl, over to help. We walked out of Regal with a better deal than the car we were thinking about purchasing in a little over 2 hours. What a wonderful, pressure-free environment! We are so thankful that what we thought was a good deal turned into a better one! Highly recommend this team!
