I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
I have purchased many cars in my life and it is something I have always dreaded. The traditional "car salesman" experience is horrible where you just don't know if they are acting with integrity. My experience at Regal Nissan made me realize I was just shopping in the wrong place. My salesperson, Jeremy Russell, took the time to explain everything to me, got me a great price, and changed my perception of a car salesperson. I absolutely love my new Rogue and I will be back to see Jeremy and the others at Regal for all my car needs.

Ok short and simple.
Start medical school in October 2018 and needed a car for light maintenance and durable for the years that I will keep it. Unexpected event has me in medical school plus working in another city 100% of the time. Great but y with discounts.
Good drive for Ms. Daisy but adjusting will happen because the car will look let you know or blow it up trying to push it. First time drivers only!
We brought a vehicle we were tentatively thinking of purchasing for a pre-sales inspection. The service department team was able to point out multiple flaws with our vehicle that we would never have noticed. Being in a time sensitive situation for a new car, the service department called a salesperson, Daryl, over to help. We walked out of Regal with a better deal than the car we were thinking about purchasing in a little over 2 hours. What a wonderful, pressure-free environment! We are so thankful that what we thought was a good deal turned into a better one! Highly recommend this team!

It is very comfy and easy to drive. Quiet and can turn around everywhere! Lol it’s very affordable and spacious inside than it looks from outside. The sound system and tuner are kind of old school but I’m glad it had a Bluetooth microphone that lets me speak on the phone through car system. I love it! It does not have rear view camera, touch screen, or auto head light, but for this price I can’t complain too much. Gas mileage is super good!! Mine is currently 39.5mi/gal. Steering Wheel is very light.
We went to our local dealer but they wouldn't give us a fair price for our trade in, which we had purchased from them, so since we were serious about purchasing a Rogue we went pretty far out of town and traded.
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

This car met all of my needs it has plenty of legroom comfy seats 4 doors drives real well I get original owner engine replacement for life I left the lot with only 14 miles on this car and I must say I am satisfied with it

This is an excellent car in my opinion I have been driving it a little while now and it’s great in the interstate (the steering takes a little getting used to) and it’s excellent in town with great fuel economy. I even love the sound system!
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.

The Nissan Versa is a reliable car. It looks great, runs great and won’t break the bank. Plus the gas mileage is great! So happy to own this vehicle.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

I just bought a 2018 Versa with 3 miles on it for a little over $10,000. This was with zero down, and trading in my 2008 Sentra Spec-v with $2,300 owed on it. My Sentra had 114,000 miles on it and I never had any issues with it. I’ve always had excellent luck with Nissans and will always own a small Nissan because it will always get me where I need to be. Awesome small cars.
This dealership can make a customer wait for an extended time, but provides great customer service. If you are looking for a recommendation for service advisor, I recommend Mr. Tony Jones.
I’m rather disappointed in this car.

I have a 2016 Nissan Versa Sedan. I love the look of the car, the large trunk, Blue Tooth and USB connection. It drives great once you get going, but it’s not very peppy at first. With the arm rest down I can’t see the hand break and often take off with it still on. (Not the cars fault.) This car has so many blind spots, I’m always having trouble seeing other cars, people and so on. This is the biggest disadvantage for me. Also, I’m quite short and need to be closer to the steering wheel, but the base of steering wheel is so low that my knee hits it. I have to sit back more than I’d like, and then I’m basically using the tip of my foot on the accelerator. I also have an incredibly hard time reading the clock and other dashboard instruments. The reddish orange color they use is horrible. A day or two after I bought my car, the weatherstripping on one of the doors came off. I brought it in twice and I’m still having issues with it.

I have bought several new vehicles. After a week this is the first one I am not having doubts about my purchase. All experts advise against the Versa. Interior is nice and comfortable. Only thing I don’t like is the digital display. It reminds me of a cheap digital watch from the 70s. Not hard to get past when I look at the gas gauge barely going down after a 100 mile daily commute. I drive 80 percent highway and 20 percent city and average 38 mpg. Estimate is 35 highway and 27 city. I’m getting better than that. I love the space in the cabin and the large trunk. Clutch and shifter feel much better than more expensive cars I have had. Everyone likes the exterior styling. I’m not a fan of the CVT transmission so if you’re comfortable with a manual I would definitely go with it. Mine ether 2018.5 so I have the large display radio with backup camera and hands free phone which I really like. I have manual windows and locks which is fine by me. So far it’s been the perfect commuter vehicle.

Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Very well attentive and professionalism. I rate as a 100, will refer without hesitation. If you need a salesman I suggest Keshana. My salesperson is awesome...
