I had never bought a car before last week and I was very nervous going into it. My experience started with Margaret Garland and it was such a pleasure to work with her and she made the experience worth the drive to Gallatin within my first 15 minutes there. I also worked with Justin who was really great, there was no veil of mystery to the pricing, rates, and other pieces. Justin made what I assumed would be the least pleasant part of the buying experience easy, friendly, and un-intimidating. I also worked with Alex at the end of my visit, who was great as well with making sure I understood everything we went over. Overall- an amazing visit that I haven't stopped raving about since I got my new car over a week ago.
Great place to buy a vehicle. The salesperson (Mike) was helpful from our first phone conversation, during the decision making process, and the closing of the deal was easy and professional. I will definitely return here to buy my next vehicle.
Mike was very easy to work with. The dealership found a solution that we were happy with when the car we were interested was sold. We would definitely buy from them again. We got a great car for our 16 year old at a better price than we could find anywhere else.
It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
My wife and I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in May 2017. We understood the salesman to say the navigation system would automatically be updated by Nissan through satellite. I received a letter in the mail that the navigation system needed to be updated. I spoke to Mr. Ted Williams about this. We found out that the S D. Card was not updated by Nissan and to update we would have to buy another S D Card for $129.00. Mr. Williams offered to replace the card, and he did. We are very happy with Nissan of Rivergate and will continue to do business with this dealership.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone I know.
Tony and Tim were so fantastic to work with. Tony explained the process extremely thoroughly which I definitely needed and neither him nor Tim were pushy and were very respectful! Tony was super knowledgeable and helped me from the start through financing, etc. I would 100% buy another car from here and tell anyone else that they should!
Well you get lots of help when you're looking to buy...get car home find things that don't work, contact your salesman by phone and email get no response. you would think that they would make sure everything was working before they put the car on the lot
