I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and has had it in the shop several times for different issue and one occurring issue. My issue with Nissan service dept is the lack of calls answered when wanting to make an appt or the fact they hardly call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. Each time I'VE had to call to find out where they were on the status of service. The main reason I will not be using Central Nissan service is the one issue they have never fixed all four times I've had to return my vehicle to repair other issue. The 4 wheel drive I'm sure had issues when I purchased the vehicle used. I tried 4 TIMES to have my issue resolved with them either not remembering to check that issue (which was on all 4 service tickets) or they took so many days to repair the other faults when asked the fault on the 4 wheel drive they were deer in headlights and asked to keep longer to check it out! REALLY.
This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything. Very friendly advisors that understand and appreciate the service repair process. Explained everything that was needed in great detail and advised urgent needs vs those that can wait. Have gone to them several times for my 2009 Altima and will continue. Looking to buy a vehicle from them too!!
My previous car was in an accident 5 days before Hurricane Michael. My insurance company allowed me a rental car. I was given a Kia Sportage. Blessing the rental was not damaged during the hurricane. I was able to keep that vehicle for 30 days because I didn't know the status of my car. My hiusebwas destroyed and that Kia Sportage moved a lot of the items out my house and into storage. After reading some reviews that said things like "stay away!" and "don't trust anything they say", my wife and I decided to roll the dice and drive 3 hours to get a car that was advertised at an unbeatable price. I had talked to my salesman, Dick Bailey, on the phone a few times prior to the trip to Leesburg to confirm fees, price, and details of the car. Long story short, it was over 98 degrees in the showroom because their AC had failed a few days earlier. They had a small crew of dedicated sales and administration guys there to take care of customers like me. The car was exactly as advertised, in like-new condition, and the fees were as posted on the website. Following the test drive, the entire purchasing process took less than 90 minutes. My wife loves the car, and the identical car (with higher mileage) is sitting at a nearby dealer for $5000 more. Glad we rolled the dice.
