Ben has always been very helpful every time that I have came in with an issue with my car. Whether it has been a tire replacement, wheel replacement, or regular maintenance, Ben has went out of his way to help out!
I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and has had it in the shop several times for different issue and one occurring issue. My issue with Nissan service dept is the lack of calls answered when wanting to make an appt or the fact they hardly call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. Each time I'VE had to call to find out where they were on the status of service. The main reason I will not be using Central Nissan service is the one issue they have never fixed all four times I've had to return my vehicle to repair other issue. The 4 wheel drive I'm sure had issues when I purchased the vehicle used. I tried 4 TIMES to have my issue resolved with them either not remembering to check that issue (which was on all 4 service tickets) or they took so many days to repair the other faults when asked the fault on the 4 wheel drive they were deer in headlights and asked to keep longer to check it out! REALLY.
I own a 2015 Nissan Titan and end the market to buy a new one. I started off with Route 66 Nissan and they didn’t have quite what I was looking for but they have the best salesman Brandon Hickman around and some pretty awesome deals. Hopefully soon I will be back to purchase a titan from them.
The car buying (or leasing) process is never something to look forward to, but Todd made it easy and painless. I knew what i wanted and needed and Todd made it happen in less than 20 minutes!! When i need another vehicle...I???ll be calling Todd again.

My previous car was in an accident 5 days before Hurricane Michael. My insurance company allowed me a rental car. I was given a Kia Sportage. Blessing the rental was not damaged during the hurricane. I was able to keep that vehicle for 30 days because I didn't know the status of my car. My hiusebwas destroyed and that Kia Sportage moved a lot of the items out my house and into storage. As soon as I was told my car was totaled I knew I wanted a Kia. Ronnie was honest post-hurricane, understanding, and patient. The car buying process was seamless and my Kia Sorento is stunning! They worked on keeping my monthly payments and interest knowing I lost everything. I have recommended to everyone I have come across, including my priest.
I was contacted very quickly by a Hertz rep, and he was able to get me in for a test drive that weekend. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car I was interested in, I would recommend this dealer based on their friendly, professional assistance in my car search.
After doing a lot of research I really wanted to test drive the rouge. Sport. WOW was I pleased. Chuck was great no pressure just the faxes. Did not need to go any place. Everything they promised me they did. Happy to do business with such professionals. Thanks chuck and everyone who made the magic happen. Oh and that little Rogue Sport is super.
