My sister and I went yesterday to trade in a car for another. I must say, we were a little nervous just because of her credit score and her car that she was trading in. Maggie Young ( Product Specialist Rep) greeted us and got the process started. She was such a delight to talk to and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was customer service ready and answered all our questions needed. We were then introduced to Andrea Avery who also was a great part of making the deal happen. Andrea was willing to go the extra mile in insuring the best deal for our buck. All the while, the process did take a substantial time due to my sister's credit score, the sum of money down from the trade in and no insurance, Andrea and Maggie worked diligently to make it all happen while showing great hospitality and patience . This was my first experience at a car dealership and what better way than to have a great first impression! These guys don't work for commission so I know they really had nothing to gain but our gratitude. So with that being said, Big Thanks to Maggie Young and Andrea Avery for making my first experience a memorable one and making it happen for my sister as well! This company is lucky to have you both¿
Valentina welcomed us as we walked in the door and made us feel right at home. We are looking for a new Altima and also looked at pre owned not sure what way we are fixing yet. Valentina showed us our options and answered all if our questions we will definitely be back very soon.
The people I dealt with were great. I finance there, process was easy. There were a few minor issues with the car, as it was used. But I had expected no issues. They reduced the price to compensate for those. So really was a great experience.
I bought a used 2017 Nissan leaf ..After I get Home because my insurance did cover the Gap insurance cheaper so I call their finance department to cancel the Gap insurance .. still over a week no call back even left message 4 times different day..

From a person who has an adverse reaction to car shopping. It was a smart smooth professional transaction from the Initial email contact exchange with great follow up to setting up an appointment for a test drive, meeting us at the dealership, being 100% available on short notice on a Sunday. This is our third BMW. The last one was purchased at this dealership as well. We have never had a bad experience at BMW Northwest. And the sales staff have been there for a long time not a lot of turnover which speaks volumes about the leader ship and the owners of this dealership. No nonsense no BS, no pressure. We fully intend to purchase our next vehicle at the dealership. I would highly recommend Mark Rauschert. BMW northwest customer service were given Nordstroms a run for their money. Too bad they don’t sell luxury shoes and handbags.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.
I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about Reginald Boot in sales with Puyallup Nissan!!! I by far, had the BEST, most outstanding service with Reginald Boot with purchasing my new car, than I've EVER had with anyone else in past experiences with purchasing a new or used car! Reginald Boot went above & beyond to make my purchasing experience both positive & pleasant, in EVERY respect! From offering me coffee, water, etc., to making sure I knew where the restroom was. We ran into a few glitches along the way with my purchase, but Reginald Boot was very positive & optimistic throughout the whole process, and because of him, we got the deal done!!! Reginald Boot, such a GOOD man & human being!!!

Great car for communizing!! Always great being able to save up on gas and drive it everywhere. Would really recommend this car to everyone gas saver!!
I have a SV and it is good on gas , the only thing i wish it had was a arm rest console and the back to be a little larger . Overall it is a good car and my car payments are under 400 and it gets me from point A to B , can't really complain
I visited Bob Korum’s Puyallup Nissan on October 21, 2017 and purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade. Jimmy Shinyeda helped us and he was wonderful! I believe I got a great car for a great price! My husband and I were in and out of there in no time.....it was the BEST car buying experience that we have ever had and we are senior citizens! This car met all our needs,for a 4 cyl.surprising power ,,plenty of leg room,,and did I mention the gas mileage? We're getting 39 mpg highway,,at these fuel prices,,much appreciated!
After much searching and driving of vehicles for my wife's new car led me to Goodfella's. I was immediately scared of a used car dealer on South Tacoma Way. Enter Chelsea. She one of the realest sales people I have ever met. we talked about the car and took it out on a test drive. I met the owners of the business and they were really cool too. Oh yeah, about the vehicle... It was in the best shape of any of the used rigs I looked at, both inside and out. I paid the high end of retail for the rig, but it was in very good shape and the dealer has the the cars serviced/inspected at a local shop that I checked out and they have a good reputation as well. The whole experience was painless. I guess the only hold up was that finance was finishing a deal and being a small lot she is just one person. But the wait was ok because my wife and I had fun chatting with Chelsea!

This car is super reliable and efficient! I mainly drive it to and from work, but also to transport my children. Although it's a smaller car, it has plenty of room. I love that it gets excellent gas mileage!
Our family had been looking for a nice car for quite awhile, and wasn't having any luck due to our credit history. Chris came out to talk with us, showed us around, and ran some numbers for us. It was Sunday, banks are closed, and a holiday on Monday, Tuesday afternoon I get a call from Chris telling us we can pick up our car. I don't know how, No money down, payments were exactly what we were looking for, inc. our insurance! Chris and everybody there was just awesome.
