Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.
Service Advisor, Mr. Cottrell, was willing to take the time needed to explain all service requirements, review my vehicle's service record, and explain completed work and costs for this 60,000 mile service. Vehicle service was completed ahead of projected completion. Since moving to Clarksville in 2001, I have received the same excellent experience with this knowledgeable and friendly Service Advisor regardless of whether he was employed at Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan. I purchased my family's previous vehicles (Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan) based on the service recommendations and requirements provided by Mr. Cottrell and not the sales department. All advertised service price discounts were also honored during this visit.
I took my car in for an oil change and to replace a missing hubcap. Justin was quick to introduce himself, and get my car ready to be serviced. I informed him that I was going to drop my car off and come back to pick it up; less than 30 minutes later, Justin called to inform me my car was almost ready to go. Due to being almost in Nashville at this point, Justin informed that the service went well and to keep an eye out on a few things that are going to need to be replaced soon, and he kindly offered to park my car-- informing me of the closing time of the service area for that day. Once I arrived back at the service area to pick my car up, Justin retrieved my car for me, so I did not have to walk to it. This is the first time I have been at a Nissan Dealership that has brought my car to me versus having walk to it--which is the reason I will commit to getting my service done at this Nissan site instead of any other. Thank you Justin for the outstanding customer service! I really appreciate it.
Went in expecting to spend a couple of hours waiting to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Only spent a total of 45 minutes. Was also pleasantly surprised to be told I had a free oil change and roughly $17 credit to put towards my tire rotation equalling approximately $8 total spent out of pocket. Outstanding! When the paper work was brought to me the service rep explained to me that my car was running great, suggested a service might need to be done regarding brake fluid at my next visit and told me my tires were coming close to the point of replacement but that I still had enough tread that it wasn???t an immediate necessity. He took the initiative and printed off pricing for a few different tire options and had them ready with the receipt of the work that was done. Overall the entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and ready and willing to help with whatever questions I had. Absolutely excellent visit.

For the price paid there's more car than there usually found in this size class. The back seat is extremely huge, and can fit a 6 foot person with generous legroom. Sure, it leaves a little to be desired in terms of get up and go, but this is by all accounts a very fine and well built sub compact that gets the job done and exceeds expectations.
They need to have donuts!! Other than that everything was okay and quick!! I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right in!! The car wash wasn’t that good, but it did get the dust off but not the bugs!!
We had such a great experience at Patriot Chevrolet Buick GMC! I have to be honest, I HATE the car buying process but the whole staff made us feel so welcomed, appreciated and comfortable! I am so happy with the Buick we purchased and have had such great support from the staff. They have gone above and beyond.

This car is awesome and simple to operate. No complex buttons and I just simply love it! It has ample leg room and it’s very clean.
