This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

This car is nice but beware your power steering may turn on and off while driving. This happens at any speed. I really liked my Versa until the power steering started acting up. I took the car back to the dealership. They wanted five grand to repair the car. They said they would have to replace the whole steering column. I ended up giving the car back to the bank.

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received by Gary Valentic at Carr Nissan of Beaverton. Without a doubt, Gary has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call with him, he was professional regarding a truck I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss all the different options and very quickly followed through with a truck that was in stock at the dealership immediately. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered beyond my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Frontier Truck. I also want say to thank you to the Carr Nissan of Beaverton dealerships owners, managers and all the other staff that work to to get this me this great deal, so quickly and so easily. I am very happy.

This car has so far proved to be: reliable, safe, comfortable, great technology, reverse screen, big trunk, warm and cool. I got a great deal and a better explanation from Jonathon Kim. He told me all about the car, how to use it, as well as strategies for keeping it clean. Thrilled about the entire venture.
I was sceptical about buying a car off of 82nd due to the horror stories. I am super glad I looked past the reviews, and gave it a shot. My contact was Rick. He is absolutely amazing! He answered a million and one questions I kept hammering at him, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I found a Wrangler that seemed too good to be true, and was waiting for the other shoe to drop. My credit process had a little hic-up that Rick took the time to find another way and hit it out of the park with the % rate. I showed up for my test drive, and he was already heading my way calling my name. We gave this vehicle a good driving and look over. This Wrangler was in immaculate condition all the way around. RIck made this process enjoyable, and simple. He literally did all the work for me. He was not only professional, but also extremley personable at the same time. This is the second Nissan Versa I’ve owned and I love it. I love the style of the hatchback. It’s like a super mom car without the bulk of a van. It’s great on gas, I drive a lot with work and taking my boys out so gas mileage is awesome. Haven’t had any mechanical issues. Very reliable.
We really appreciated the amount of time & the expertise BK gave us. He gave us detailed paperwork related to the car we were interested in, answering any questions. The next day we mentioned that we had looked at a car at Beaverton Car Company to another dealership in the Portland area. Their manager said that we shouldn’t feel any hesitation buying a car from Beaverton Car Company as they’re very reputable. thanks BK for your help.

It’s a good car, great gas, compact. Gets you to and from. Definitely a basic car. I think overall if you’d need a car to get you to and from this is a great first car or affordable option.
For a preowned auto dealership i was amazed at the beautiful facility. The staff goes out of their way to be certain you are comfortable and then they ask you what your perfect vehicle would be. Once the questions are answered they go out into their giant inventory and find exactly what you need. Brian Lux & Allen Henry are awesome and welcome me every time i come in like i am family. I have brought many friends and family there and all of them are so happy with their vehicles because the best car deal doesnt mean cheapest price. Paying a few hundred more for a truck that is in perfect running condition and is a local one owner is a far better deal than payin a couple thousand less for a Canadian, who knows how many owners, that is rusted through. I am a customer forever!!

This car is exactly what I was looking for. It drives so smooth and gets excellent gas mileage. I am in love with it 😍
I drove to Gresham from Tigard to see a 2004 saab the had listed on CL and was approached br Brian Lux not only was he helpful but he pointed out several things that would need fixing on the car .. all minor ... he was reasonable in the price negotiations and made sure i was comfortable with the sale ... love the car got the items fixed at my saab mech for less than he discounted it .Would go back if i needed another car.

For the price paid there's more car than there usually found in this size class. The back seat is extremely huge, and can fit a 6 foot person with generous legroom. Sure, it leaves a little to be desired in terms of get up and go, but this is by all accounts a very fine and well built sub compact that gets the job done and exceeds expectations.
The vehicle may seem small but when you're driving it it has more room inside the most Hondas and other small cars lots of storage space, you can feel the quality of the car when you drive it it is not cheaply made, very tight steering and control
Although I was still very happy with my 2012 BMW X3 28i, I had started researching the new 2018 BMW X3 30i upgrades and safety features. Towards the end of the model year (late MAY), I contacted Brian Kimmerle via email to see if he could meet my build price and it was agreed upon. We met to finalize the build and paperwork, Brian explained the process, and the countdown began. Although there were some hiccups on the part of BMW, of which Brian kept me informed, I met my new X3 on 25 AUG. I also worked with Daniel Barreto for financing and service/warranty items, as well as those who determine trade-in offer. From start to finish, I had a great buying experience and would highly recommend BMW of Salem.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.
Got this as a daily driver for a college student. Felt safe putting her in this, as it has great reviews and drover well. Looking forward to her moving her own stuff now ---hatchback is the way to go. Four doors and comfortable ride. Excellent value.
