Quick, answered all questions, explored wants/needs, took good care of me. Ron was awesome, he had 3 deals going on at the same time but checked in with me and knew I had limited time. He got me in and out of the whole transaction in about an hour.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was very nervous about going to a dealership to buy a car because of all the horror stories I have heard about high pressure sales tactics. I emailed and asked a simple question regarding a Jeep top. The response I received was the typical “Come in, let’s talk.” I was not even in the country due to a military deployment, but was willing to send my husband in to look at the vehicle....depending on the answer I received to the question I asked. When I sent a “no thank you” response, I was then asked if I wanted someone to contact me with the answer to my original question. DUH! VERY FRUSTRATING!!
I have bought at least 5 personal vehicles with Mason Perryman not counting the company trucks we have purchased. He has always worked to get me the best deal. Highly recommended!
