It was a simple purchase transaction and Eric (the Sales Rep) had all the technical and history data of the used car I was interested to purchase. I am going to recommend him and the Sales Center to friends and family.
Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn’t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I’m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.
I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and has had it in the shop several times for different issue and one occurring issue. My issue with Nissan service dept is the lack of calls answered when wanting to make an appt or the fact they hardly call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. Each time I'VE had to call to find out where they were on the status of service. The main reason I will not be using Central Nissan service is the one issue they have never fixed all four times I've had to return my vehicle to repair other issue. The 4 wheel drive I'm sure had issues when I purchased the vehicle used. I tried 4 TIMES to have my issue resolved with them either not remembering to check that issue (which was on all 4 service tickets) or they took so many days to repair the other faults when asked the fault on the 4 wheel drive they were deer in headlights and asked to keep longer to check it out! REALLY.
There's no arguing here on price. I'm not crazy about that, how ever the other 4 dealerships will only give you a deal if you finance the car. Hertz does not require you to finance. Brian Cruz was the person I dealt with and was Great. Things were a bit hectic because it was the 3rd of July and only 2 people scheduled to work! The car came with a warranty that backed up their claim it was a well tested vehicle.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. If you need or just want a new car please give Larry Miller Dodge a call and ask for my guy Rudi, you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased s brand new 2017 Dodge 2500 next door almost two years ago and brought my daughter there s few months ago to get her first car, kinda and met Cody Farmer. Unless, apparently, you go to the right dealer! We found Dick Hannah Nissan to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Danny listened to us and found us the right vehicle for our needs. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
Completed online application. Car was ready and detailed by the time we arrived for our test drive. Everyone we worked with were awesome. Jared, Jason and Rachel were fantastic. Didn???t try to sell me anything we didn???t want. One of the best car buying experiences we???ve ever had. Everyone was very nice and friendly, a very welcome feeling.
All the employees in the service department are excellent but JJ is the Best!
