Joseph listened to everything I was looking for, only showed me what I was interested in. Unfortunately my van wasn't ready and wont be for a day or 2 and my trade in wasn't running but they let us use a loaner! Im very happy with my experience and will go back
Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!
Garry Parmelee "paceman" took great care of us. I really liked that he wasn't salesmanny at all, I have an adversity to salespeople, I feel like I can't think cause they're trying to manipulate me into buying things I'm not sure I actually want. I told Garry the cars I was interested in, he gave me the keys and let me and my husband go and check them out without him hovering over us. On top of that I bought a color I ended up having last minute regrets about, I even drove the car home but I called him and begged him to let me come swap for the other color I was looking and and I can't even believe it but he let me. Haha, my poor husband and Garry having to deal with me, but hey I got what I wanted
We have been Ford owners forever but traded her in for a new Nissan Titan XD. We are thrilled with our new truck! Inside and out... we consider it an upgrade from our Ford truck!! Thank you Travis Miller for your patience and expertise with us throughout the choosing and buying process!
customer service is not good . left in the blank. no communication. 2 hrs for oil change. walked around and just looked around. a manager giving an interview and gave my wife and I a bad look cause our neace was playing. Guess that was a bad thing on us.
Excellent customer service from Kevin in the service department. My Rogue needed a new SD card for the navigation system. He ordered it; called me as soon as it came in. I didn't even have to get out of my Rogue to have it installed and he patiently answered all my questions. I am pleased with my Rogue and the quality of service I received from everyone at World Car Nissan! Great job!

Excellent customer service from Sebastian Cortes, I highly recommend him. As a woman it can be a little intimidating to buy a car on your own. He explained everything as many times as needed. Didn’t feel pressure or rushed like in other places.
