I arrived at your dealership around 9:30 this morning and started looking at cars online while sitting in my car. I was also waiting to see how long it would be before anyone approached me to ask if I needed assistance. Being in professional sales for 25+ years I appreciate "the art of the deal" and I always enjoy seeing how other sales professionals operate. After sitting for about 15 minutes Tammi Jo approached me and asked if I needed help. It seemed to be just the right amount of time to wait so I did not feel pressured. I told her what type of car I was looking for and in about 10 minutes we were on a test drive. She is very personable and not pushy at all. She made me feel very comfortable during the process. I met several of your associates. Every person I met at your dealership today was very friendly, competent, and professional. Again, no one was in the least bit pushy or aggressive in any way. My family and I are brand new to the area. We've been Longview residents for an entire three weeks after spending most of our lives in the Fort Worth, Texas. When I picked up my new car my family came with me. Several of the associates I'd dealt with during the day kindly introduced themselves to my wife and daughters. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. After I asked, Tammi Jo modestly told me that she was one of the salespeople who consistently sold the most cars at your business. She also told me she has been in sales only two years. Tammi Jo obviously produces great results for your company. You're lucky to have her. Thanks for making my experience pleasurable.
