I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
Just got a new 2018 Pearl White Crosstrek from CARR Subaru in Beaverton Oregon. Those guys were great to work with. Thank you Sam Fontanos for helping me pick out a great car. My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. All of my life I had only been an observer at car purchases; This past week it became my turn to be the purchaser. My experience at CARR NISSON in Beaverton was certainly the best experience I have had as an observer or buyer.

Vince , Israel and the rest of the staff are fantastic to work with! Our company van was well past its prime and needed replacement. We have purchased 43 vehicles over the years and we have never been disappointed!!! Vince, never stocks any junk vehicles and they are always the cream of the crop for used autos. You would be stupid to buy from any other dealer!
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
I cannot thank Gordon enough, you are a saint! I am working overseas in Iraq and spoke to Gordon about the 2003 Honda Element. My daughters 2001 Subaru Outback with 380,000 miles needed some work and it was better to buy a newer vehicle. My daughter drove the vehicle, loved it and Gordon faxed the purchase order to my Credit Union. I called to ask Gordon for a huge favor, which was to drive the vehicle down to the credit union because my wife is not a freeway driver and he said yes after making arrangements on his end. Seriously Gordon, I can never thank you enough and it is people like yourself that would make me come back and buy another vehicle from you:)

We found a great deal on their website and decided to go take a look. They were very courteous and made it really easy for us to make sure it was the car we wanted. They made the process hassle free and we were on the road in our new car in no time. They really made it easy without an pressure. Great experience and would definitely recommend them.
I went into look at a Subaru Legacy which I did not care for however I did see one I did like and after the test drive and 2 minutes of negotiation we had a deal and I was out of there 20 minutes later. They were all very friendly and helpful. The process was very easy and no pressure was ever felt.
Great place to shop and buy a car. Michael Roaden was amazing from start to finish. He help us select the right car and the financing process was amazing! I would highly recommend you check this place out before your next purchase.
