My experience was great. The Service Advisor and very thorough, and alerted me to other issues that I wasn't aware of. In addition to the Emissions Inspection, the Sales Advisor advised me that one of my tires was in the yellow zone and that I also needed an Oil Change. As I am always short on time...I appreciate the Sales Advisors alerting me, while there in the Shop, so that I could handle/resolve multiple issues during one visit.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

On the whole I like it. I only have two gripes but they’re well within reason when buying a 12 year old used car. 1: differential whine at highway speeds, and 2: for no foreseeable reason the rear hatch won’t open anymore. Opened at the dealer, and when we got home but then m wife slammed it shut and now nothin. Those two small things aside I couldn’t be happier.

Very rugged with many manual functions, including seat adjustments. I was looking for bright red and it was Crimson red instead. It was designed for off road adventures. I was looking for an all wheel drive that could manage an incline and rock road in the winter. The car is really cool, it just didn't have what I really wanted.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This vehicle suits my lifestyle. I can tow my trailer/kayaks. It has the ability to tow much heavier loads. It's a beast in the New England snow and when I ski up north. It has a durable interior and exterior so you don't have to baby it. Perfect for an active lifestyle

6/7/2018 I took my vehicle in for service. Love the service department. My wife and I decided to walk around and look at the new vehicles (Traverses). We found one and decided to take a harder look. That???s when I met Chip. Nice enough guy at first. Started talking just a few numbers and he asked me what I would pay for this vehicle if I had cash. I told him and he said, ???Nope, won???t do it.??? I handed him the key and said, ???Well, I might as well not test drive it then.??? Chip walked away. I was only $2900 off the asking price. There wasn???t any negotiation with this individual and it was certainly just another frustrating encounter with a ???salesman???. I suggest you deal with another individual when looking for a new vehicle. However, I dealt with Art Speth in the service department and he was awesome. Thanks Art for being professional and respectful.

I love my xterra !!! It’s been a great car. No issues with it at all . I drove it from Louisiana to North Dakota and back and also from Louisiana to Montana and back . No problems with it. We went into the mountains with no problems.

My Nissan dealership is Exceptional!!!! I have an older Nissan maxims and needed some intensive work to become driveable again. I was treated like a new car owner and received nothing but tender love and care. Recently my husband past away and wanted to keep the 2005 car, but had no clue what would take to get it going the dealership took care of problem and I am still driving the car without problem. 2nd issue I was mowing grass dropped car keys and ran over with lawnmower destroying keys and keypad. Called dealerships (woodriver) had car towed and reprogram car and had keys within twenty minutes at minimal cost. They even cleaned and vacuum car for me. When it's time and affordable for me I will purchase my next Nissan from My Favorite Dealership.

Since the day I got it, the interior door panels have fallen off and rattle with every little motion because of the retaining clips being too short. I don’t like the traction control, and the off option doesn’t do anything. Needs to be put into 4wd as soon as the road is wet because it slips at go. Not to mention the terrible gas mileage. Has not developed any big issues over the past 5 years, however. I’d say it is a reliable machine, as long as you don’t expect too much. Very frustrating when used to a Jeep or Subaru.
