When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! I recommend this car to anyone! I had the car for 4 years to get me through college and unfortunately I hit a deer and completely totaled the car. Nissan gets too much hate, this was an absolutely solid car. Bought the car with 48,000 miles and the odometer read 235,000 miles right before I totaled it. I have never had a single mechanical issue with the car, the only thing that needed to be replaced was my AC system at 140,000 miles. If you want a car that last forever buy an Altima you won’t be disappointed. I have owned a 2008 Rogue, 2009 Versa, the 2015 Altima, and now I own a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I have never had a problem with any of my cars. I will be buying Nissan again again.

Although I had some issues with the closing a call to the manager and it was resolved within the hour. The salesman was great!

This car has been the best car I have had! I bought it when it had 52K miles on it and it now has over 235K and still running strong. I haven't had to do much to it other than regular oil changes. Everything still works just like it did when I Bought it.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. I absolutely love my 2013 Juke. I bought it used in 2017 with 67,000 miles on it, and it is currently 2025 with 196,000 miles on it. It has been reliable, consistent, and has survived multiple cross country road trips and work commutes. Literally the only work I've had to get done on it is normal maintenance. Just this week my transmission has started acting up. I've been told that its amazing that it took this long to start having issues. I love how the car handles, I get a lot of compliments on it. It has some nice get-up when you're getting on the freeway. Although it's compact, it also has a surprising amount of cabin space when you let the seats down. I absolutely love this car, and if it wasn't discontinued I would be purchasing it again!

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

I have had this car for 7 years, did doordash, grub-hub, shipt, daily commute of 100 miles a day. It never complained only changes belts, brakes. Its reliable and mine now have 202k miles and still kicking! Would definitely recommend it

This car meets all my needs. It's zippy, with a small turning radius, but also has a lot of great safety features. Plenty of legroom, and large trunk space. LOVE the smart key and bluetooth on the steering wheel.

I bought this car in 2013 for $15,500 and this car has been very reliable, minor problems in almost a 15 year old car. Good on gas ...All I do is maintenance and it's been good to me oil change brakes got my money's worth. Car now has 133,000 miles.

We had our autistic son with us whom most ppl don't engage with but James spoke to him like a person and answered his 100 questions with out hesitation or aggravation towards him at all. That's very uncommon from most ppl. He was truly amazing! James even called us the moment our new plate hit his desk so we could come pick it up right away! I love this truck looking for another one to buy I just changed for the first 190,000 miles my first shocks all around . Every 5 yrs I spend 3,000.00 dollars that includes 4 tires ,ceramic breaks and rotors all around . 1 battery and the usual oil change every 10,000 miles my truck is 16 yrs old it has never broken down on me on the side of the road until last week I was in nys and my radiator blew I thought the it was a hose but it was the radiator. I had it towed home back to nj . At that point, i decided to go all out and change everything that I thought needed to be done. i spare no cost I changed all this valve covers , valve cover gaskets ,radiator both hoses ,serpentine belt,the intake manifold set a new battery,new radiator cap,oil change ,left front break line , the J pipe , one muffler,the tail pipe ,all new clamps and the tow truck towing cost all total cost me $3,524.41 all I needed was a radiator and the j pipe but sence I had it in the repair shop I wanted all this other work done. I just got new shocks on the car this is funny the guy asked me when was the last time you changed your shocks I said I never did why he said look at them they were rusted away the whole rear shocks we rotted away I couldn't believe it how bad they were it took him 4 hrs to get all for shocks off I never saw shocks that had only a quarter metal left on it and the best is I never felt anything wrong with the shocks I just wanted to change them . I honestly love this truck to bad they don't make this truck anymore . People complain about the gas milage funny I did also but my mechanic.told me yes it sucks on gas but after a year the gas milage will get better he was right . I have a.led foot I fly in this truck every two weeks I fill my truck today prices 68.00 no big deal I am very picky with my cars I will find my next xterra that is used and I will buy it again .I got this one Brand new . I know all the things that need to be replaced before I start driving the next one . Best truck I ever had if you take car of it trust me it will.last you for ever my mechanic drove it and couldn't believe the power this truck has he told me you just might get 500,000 miles on this if you keep it up what ever your doing . Everything else on this truck is all original everything I told you I replaced is it . The only thing that I don't like about this truck is the drives bottom seat is ripping ,I will go to the dealer to have a new bottom seat replaced

The compact SUV / Wagon is fun to drive and is quiet, I shouldn’t have bought it because it’s a 5 passenger and I need more seating because we have a big family. But everyone loves it!

I absolutely love my Maxima. It has a great combination of luxury, comfort, a sporty design. I have owned the car for over 6 years and never once experienced buyer's remorse or any regret for buying the vehicle. I would highly recommend.
