I returned Hawkeye auto. The truck I wanted to buy was sold. I had a different salesman Luke. He explained the other salesman was inexperienced & overwhelmed. I understood, it was busy. I was looking to buy my first car and wanted to look into Nissan since my family had great car and customer service from Nissan. From the first interaction, Nick Shevchenko was very helpful and professional and made my parents and I feel like part of the Nissan family. I felt comfortable asking any questions I had and he made the process of buying my fist car incredibly easy and informative. Even after I bought the car, Nick took the time to contact me to follow up on how the car was doing and it was comforting to know that even after leaving the dealership, I can always call with questions or concerns and they would be happy to help in any way! We were originally interested in the 2015 Nissan Murano's but with help from Jamie (internet sales), she directed us to check out the 2014 Nissan in stock as they were excellent deals. She was right. She helped us set up an appointment Saturday morning, and Ernie Bell took over as salesman as Jamie was not there on Saturday. We weren't sure we were ready to trade, but the deal was well worth it and we were very happy with the outcome. We had a Murano several years ago and were extremely pleased with it because we did not not have a single issue with it. Hopefully this one will be just as good :-) Thank you to all who helped out with this sale, and the quick service. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in the last 20 years and can easily say that this has been one of the best buying experiences I have had. I needed a nice used vehicle for my kids to drive and am always leery of used car buying. Owning a business and having 2 kids in sports activities keeps me very busy and Dave was super respectful of my time and great with communicating through the whole experience to make sure the time it took to do the test drive, negotiations and final paperwork were completed as quickly as possible. My wife and I have purchased 2 cars at Carousel Nissan. Both times we have worked with Tony Vandersee, Bill Becker, and Sharif took care of our financing. They are all great to work with and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived at the dealership! We knew from the start that they were working to put us in the exact vehicle that we wanted. On both occassions, Bill took the time to walk us through all the features on the vehicle and wouldn't let us drive away until we felt comfortable with our new car. Usually taking care of the new car paperwork is something we dread. Sharif is very organized and had us in and out in a very short time with both of our vehicles. It is always a big plus when you do not have to spend the whole day at the dealership filling out papers! For us, Tony is the main reason we have and will continue to purchase our vehicles at Carousel Nissan. Dave was a great salesman. I choose the Nissan Rogue that I wanted and they made the deal happen. In and out of finamcing in an hour. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. I had been having trouble with my 2002 Chrysler Sebring belching coolant when it was turned off after driving for almost any distance. I had been told by a Dodge dealer and by an independent repair shop that the head gasket was blown and it would cost around $2000 to repair. The car just didn't act like the head gasket was blown and passed the Auto Zone exhaust gas test. I received a recommendation to see Ron at Carousel Nissan. He did a thorough analysis of the engine and cooling system as well as reviewing the on board computer system. He discovered a crack in the radiator. The radiator was replaced over 3 weeks ago. The car has performed perfectly ever since. It is good to find a knowledgeable and honest automobile mechanic. I will return here in the future for all my non-warranty automobile service.
