Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!

John, Rusel, and Joey were all so warm and welcoming in a genuine way. We didn't experience the typical impersonal business like we usually do when purchasing a vehicle. They were humble and friendly and made us feel like we've known them for a long time.
The price was well below book out and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. All their vehicles on the lot are in pristine condition. This is definitely not your typical big city dealership! The lot is surrounded by large shade trees.
We will always come here first in our future vehicle purchases.

I visited ANCIRA NISSAN to purchase a used FORD F-250. The salesman was professional and courteous, no high pressure sales techniques. At the end of the day the truck was perfect minus the fact that the previous owner was a smoker; I could not justify paying the money only having to live with that key flaw. Bottom line, I would return to ANCIRA NISSAN if they had a similar vehicle to offer in the future.
We went to look at a car listed on line. When we arrived we were told that the car had not gone through inspection or make ready. we were shown the car but could not look inside or start it. The salesman then took our information and told us he would contact us as soon as it was ready. Well, when we were contacted we were told that it was no longer available, it had been sold before it was done with inspection and make ready. It should not have been listed before it was ready to be sold as I am sure a friend or someone that works there bought it. How did someone get to see it , or drive it before it was ready............
