I purchased my truck at this dealership, When it was due for servicing I was glad to bring it here as my purchase experience was extraordinary. I was not surprised to find out the excellent treatment i recieved from Robert in Service. I felt he was there to inform and assist me in a complete manner to make me feel appreciated. Robert has me appreciating the professional service of "Service". I will be returning for future maintenance and looking forward to a long term relationship.
New GM cars carry a 3 year battery warranty. The battery in my car stopped functioning literally overnight. One day I drove my car and it started and seemed to be fine. The next day the battery was so low I couldn't even unlock the doors. My charger indicated the battery had a internal short. GM Customer Service sent a flatbed within two hours of notification, and my car was taken to Paradise Chevrolet. The time was late afternoon. When my car arrived I received a text from a Paradise Service Adviser letting me know they now had my car. The next morning I received a call to let me know my car had been repaired by installation of a mew GM battery. A courtesy car picked me up and took me to Paradise Chevrolet. My car was repaired and ready for pickup. Throughout the process Paradise Chevrolet demonstrated excellent professionalism and customer service. I very much appreciate the help I received from Paradise in quickly getting my car back on the road.
In my opinion Rydell Chevrolet is one of the best car dealer in Northridge. Every time that I need help they are there for me. I really recomende Rydell to all my friends. Keep the good work, and thank you for being a nice and professional people.

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.

Not planning to get my lease from Van Nuys Nissan, I stopped by to test a car and get information. I wasn't even sure I wanted a Nissan. Davit Hambardzumyan was my first contact. Salespeople right? I thought so too. I was wrong. Davit was a consummate professional. He left me alone to look at the cars; then sat and answered a myriad of questions. I was not ready to purchase. I needed some time to think. I left. Davit followed up with me during the weeks, answered additional questions; offered to schedule another drive and view of the car....he was very helpful. Davit also knew I was looking at other cars and not once made a negative comment of the competition. He continued to make himself available whenever I called. I leased from Van Nuys of Nissan, with Davit at the table working hard to get me the numbers I wanted. I was bowled over by his professionalism; his knowledge of the cars; his kindness; and most importantly, his honesty. I never felt as if I was dealing with a Salesman. I was working with someone who took the time to know what I wanted and he made sure I got it. I have referred my friends to Davit. When the time arrives I will choose another lease with Davit. This is a business of building relationships. David has proven to me this working relationship will continue for a long time. I wholeheartedly recommend you reach out to Davit Hambardzumyan when you are in the market for a Nissan. You will brag like me at the end.

My husband and I originally went in looking to purchase a vehicle for my husbands brother. Roberto helped us in so many ways that we didnt expect.
