I went to Paul Miller Nissan in Fairfield to get regular maintenance done on my car. I normally hate car dealerships, but I LOVE going to Miller Nissan! The service department is always so friendly and caters to my every need. My car always comes back to me clean and in pristine condition; my car and I are definitely ready for the upcoming winter months. There is great working wifi in the building and complimentary food and drink are available to me should I choose to want something while I am waiting. The spacious building allows for good social distancing and has a very welcoming atmosphere. They adhere to all protocols/standards and are always willing to answer any questions about my vehicle if they arise. I don't feel taken advantage of here! So glad I found this dealership, I will be sure to recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!

We are a family of 4. Dad, mom, 2 daughters, 1 Cat and 2 fish. Living in Fairfield makes it tough when we are middle income gals. Our main car was getting old with over 156K miles and it was time for a new one. From the moment we arrived at Miller Nissan in Fairfield we were greeted by the Sales Rep Stefanie Martillo whom assisted us and right away gave us a car. She and her Manager were truly of big help. after having not good experience at other Nissan dealerships, I looked online and saw that Harte had a few of the Rogues we were looking for. I inquired online and made an appointment for the next morning to look at these. We went into the wrong building but ran into Scott MacDonald who was more than helpful. He right away saw we had an appointment, and got us right into the cars to look at. There was no pressure but lots of information, we decided to purchase a vehicle and Scott was able to get us financed, and out the door in a timely manner. Nothing but a pleasure and relaxed atmosphere to buy a car. Would definately reccommend Scott and Harte Nissan in Hartford!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.
