I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Very fast and friendly service. Austin R helped me with my first Kia in 2023, went back last week and traded it in for a 2024. Better interest rate (slashed in 1/2) and a lsx model always makes for a good trade in. Not only do they fill up your gas tank, he went as far as helping me get the stuff out of my trade in to put in my new car. I received a personal message within a day or two asking how I was enjoying my new car. These things make you feel like you matter, I consider Barnes Crossing Kia part of the family. Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

I'd been watching the True Gray 2021 VW Atlas Cross Sport since March. I was hesitant because it was a 3 hour drive. After the price was reduced, I sent an email inquiry via Cars.com and Chase responded almost immediately. With the distance & I was out of town for work for a week, but Chase was able to take a deposit and hold my car until I got there. Once at the dealership there was a quick & accurate assessment of my trade. Casey then helped me through the paperwork & David the Finance Guru did his thing. The entire process, with the test drive, took less than 3 hours. The entire process was definitely worth the drive up to Morgantown, WV.

Over the years I've gone to multiple dealerships here in Fairbanks, however I find myself continuously coming back to Lithia. The customer service is genuine and they show that they care for their customers! I needed to trade in my vehicle with the understanding that I would be upside down and probably had to get a much older vehicle. Instead they were able to put me not only in a newer vehicle but they gave me full warranty, plus gap insurance more than I had ever expected to get. Between the service team and the finance team there's no wonder why I keep coming back to Lithia, they have the biggest hearts and they know how to work those numbers to get you in or out of a wonderful vehicle!

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.
