The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. She made sure the car was prepped properly before shipping and even answered her phone and helped at 9 pm one night when there was a shipping issue. I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

This car met all of our needs and fit all five kids comfortably for long road trips. Very reliable! Lots of leg room in every seat. Overall, a wonderful Van!

Nissan NV3500 passenger vans work great for towing our 9,000lb Travel Trailer camper RV. The only issue we've had with these is the rear A/C goes out.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Great selection of cars. I bought my Tesla at Affinity and couldn't be happier. After going to a few different places Affinity had the cleanest and by far the best service. I will be back again when the time comes.

I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

This car was a dependable vehicle for a family of five. Still in great condition just has some miles on it- family upgraded to a smaller car since kids have moved out.

Best 12 passenger van ever. Strong, reliable, and tons of space. It drives like a truck and the V8 has the capabilities to pull a LOT of weight, or just hold bikes on the back.

This is the first large van we have owned. We have owned an Escalade XL, Suburban, and Yukon XL prior. Having the extra space is awesome! Downsides are not having "luxury" options (like DVDs), no option for 4WD, and visors do not have vanity mirrors. Also, so far there are no "all weather" mats available for the back (I think because of all the different seating options). Otherwise we love it!

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. Nissan makes very dependable cars and I have owned 8 different models over the past 20 years . My first Quest had 290k miles and never had anything but brake rotors turned and normal maintenance service performed. I chose the Quest over Dodge minivans because of the power and reliability. These are great vehicles and I also currently have a Pathfinder and a NV 3500 Hightop.

Has everything we need from tons of seats to lots of space that will totally accommodate our lifestyle which includes travel, camping and even boating.

This van has the space and comfort in the interior and good quality engine to help get the family everywhere we needed to go. No issues and if it was something small it needed , it was a quick low cost to fix.

This van has exceeded all my expectations. Great value, excellent combined mpg and extremely comfortable with the zero-gravity seats. Interior is luxurious especially with captain chairs. Love the deep bi-level trunk storage for privacy and roof racks for added storage if needed. Extremely comfortable for all seven passengers.
