Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

Rides well. Got some pep. Interior styling upscale. Plenty of space. Trunk space-plenty of room. Back seats with plenty of room. Like no noise engine.

This is a well put together vehicle. Interior fit and finish, even for the base S model, is splendid and many newer safety features come standard. The seats on the base S are very comfortable on long drives. Ive read a few "pro" reviews that mentioned the engine being underpowered, especially for highway passing. I have found the opposite out of this beautiful 149 hp CVT. I mean it's 149 hp, not 189; not sure where any complaint of being underpowered comes from? And, the CVT has wonderfully placed mimick shift points that make you feel like its a non-cvt transmission. Besides being ahead of the others with the interior, it's a well insulated cabin which deafens quite a bit of road noise. If your thinking about a Nissan Sentra, don't listen to these "professional" knucklehead reviewers. I believe they're not as accurate as the average Joe like us and have lost sight of what a great entry level sedan is.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

im not new to buying cars. ive owned hundreds and currently own 6 cars , 6 trucks and 3 motercycles. i however am new to the excellent service I received. Ill never buy a car from anywhere else. I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

My husband was not happy with a gap between the hood & fender. He thinks that when they pulled the radiator support they should have pulled it more then you would not have the gap. The job took longer than we thought it take. They had the car almost two weeks. I would recommend them to buy a car through. We always had good experience with purchasing a car. We like to work with Jim.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

The Frontier King Cab has served me very well. It has been completely reliable and has met my varied needs. I have hauled many kinds of loads in the bed and have taken advantage of the additional length available over the Crew Cab. That said I wouldn’t want to take a long journey sitting in one of the rear seats, but having that space readily available for carrying “stuff” has been an advantage for me. Had no issues with towing a trailer. Over the three plus years I have owned it I have had just one warranty issue that was resolved by the local dealer; otherwise it just had routine maintenance. During that time several strangers passing by have commented on how they liked the look of the truck.

Great mid-size truck. We bought it in November 2022. I had to replace the throttle positioning sensor and that is all. 4.0 auto 5 speeds. It woud do a better if 6 speed, but I still get 19-20 mpg if I baby it. The 6 cylinder has good power at over 260hp. I recommend the frontier. My son has a 4 cyl 1997 hardbody now for 12+ years. Both trucks are great.

Bought a 2009 Honda Civic from these guys and they where great. Jose and Jorge where as transparent as anyone can be. I asked if they can let me go under the car to check for rust and other things and they accommodated me without any hesitation, even provided a flash light. Everything I asked about the car they answered truthfully and never tried to hide anything. I would highly recommend this place if you looking for a used car.
