My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Interior is nice in this truck, tons of storage which I need. Electronics are nice, but the NAV system definitely needs an update. Super comfortable and handles well. Gas mileage is what's expected but already 4mpg better than my old truck.

Just bought this truck and love it. With the price of trucks these days it seemed like the best value out there. I haven't had it long enough to give it an honest overall or reliability rating, but I suspect I'm pretty spot on. Overall, this vehicle drives very tight, the suspension is very solid, and it's quiet enough. Would recommend.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

Our last five cars have come from Roy O’Brien, some used, some leased, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. The sales team is very knowledgeable and has worked within our budget to find the right vehicles for us. They’ve walked us through financing and made sure we know all our options and are comfortable with not only the car we’re getting but the monthly payments and service plan. I researched trucks and kept up with the market for THREE years. In my research, I found that Ford has transmission issues and electrical issues. Their 10 speed is trash and constantly searches for gears. I tested one and confirmed that. RAM, despite being a BEAUTIFUL truck(Rebel), is unfortunately just a Chrysler product with a RAM badge. If you know vehicles, you know to STAY AWAY from Chrysler products. They are absolute junk and constantly break down. Chevy/GMC unfortunately share the same transmission as the F150. GM/Ford codeveloped the 10 speed transmission in their respective trucks. Chevy/GM also have their AFM(Active Fuel Management) engines which are known to have lifter issues before and after the warranty. So then there’s the Tundra. Nice truck! And when I say Tundra, I mean the legendary V8 generation, NOT the new one with the twin turbo 3.5L Lexus engine that’s already having numerous problems with the turbos. Unfortunately, the V8 generation is known to get HORRIBLE gas mileage. It’s the #1 complaint among V8 Tundra owners, with many owners reporting 10-12 mpg average at best. There’s also “Toyota Tax” in which you’re knowingly paying more because Toyota…. So, after 3 years of exhaustive research, I decided one day to just type in “full size 4WD truck crew cab” and a beautiful sporty looking truck from Nissan popped up called the Titan. I got intrigued and started the obsessive research right away… Lo and behold I would come to find out that this highly unknown absolute GEM of a truck by Nissan had the highest rating on the market right next to the legendary V8 Tundra. With MANY owners reporting mileage of 250k-500k miles with just BASIC maintenance! What?! So WHY is this GEM of a truck not well known?! Well, it’s because Nissan gave this GEM of a truck absolutely ZERO marketing…. Like ZERO! Like it doesn’t exist…. In other words, Nissan royally shot themselves in the a** by NOT marketing this beautiful GEM of a truck AT ALL! After reading numerous reviews about legendary reliability, beautiful styling, extremely comfortable seats, tons of space and great power from the 5.6L engine, I knew I had check one out! So I found a 2021 with 13k miles and instantly went to drive it and I was sold! I have a 2021 Pro-4X in Glacier White with the black/lava red Pro-4X trim, fully optioned to match the Platinum Reserve. It’s basically a PR but in Pro-4X appearance(black instead of chrome). The truck now has 20,xxx miles on it and all I can is that I REALLY enjoy this truck! The styling, space, comfort, power, utility, drive and ride quality are all top notch! And the best part? The price! I bought mine for $10k LESS than ANY comparable truck from the “big 3”! Why?? Because Nissan doesn’t market them AT ALL so they don’t sell…. So they’re massively discounted and priced to move. They also have an outstanding 5-year/100k mile powertrain warranty! Best in the business! I bought my Titan CPO so the warranty is even better. Also, fun fact, the Titan does NOT have auto stop/start or AFM! It’s just PURE V8 goodness! And that V8 is paired to a buttery smooth 9 speed transmission! So then, why only 4 stars and not 5?! Well, that’s because the infotainment screen in the middle of the dash isn’t the greatest. Mine already has discoloration and the lamination on the screen looks like xxxx in direct sunlight. It also freezes here and there when I use CarPlay. I use CarPlay exclusively because I really enjoy using it. But it does freeze, particularly in cold weather, and I live in Wisconsin, where the weather is xxxx for over half the year…. All in all, I truly feel that the Titan IS the best overall truck on the market and it 1000% deserves YOUR attention! I plan keep this GEM of a truck for at least 10 years. I also really like that I do NOT see many of them on the road because they’re just not well known…. BUT, IF you know, you KNOW!

Chris Adams helped me to get my backup camera working again when backing up by telling me how to reset my camera . Chris saved me a service appt and money. I always get my 2015 volvo xc 60 serviced by Chris Adams at Suburban Volvo All he had me do was to active my backup camera and select the menu button to access the backup camera options Chris Adams has experience ,which is priceless zoltan varga

After my f150 was totaled last winter, I was looking for another F150 with eco boost engine. Being mid winter there were not any used trucks with decent mileage available. I found a 2018 pro x with 70k. It wasn’t as luxurious as my ford but it was loaded with navigation. I purchased it. What a good decision. Besides a battery replacement and fluid changes I haven’t had one issue. It’s a strong truck with great acceleration And torque. I’m 6-1 and fit comfortably in the cab. Yeah it is a midsize, so I sacrificed size but I adapt. The only negative is poorer gas mileage. My ford eco boost averaged 16+ whereas my Nissan gets12 mpg on a good day.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

Great mid-size truck. We bought it in November 2022. I had to replace the throttle positioning sensor and that is all. 4.0 auto 5 speeds. It woud do a better if 6 speed, but I still get 19-20 mpg if I baby it. The 6 cylinder has good power at over 260hp. I recommend the frontier. My son has a 4 cyl 1997 hardbody now for 12+ years. Both trucks are great.

Great truck. Fits in your garage. Has a real frame. Made in Canton Mississippi with 86% American made parts. The big three can't claim that. Nicked named the Beast. They aren't kidding.

Just purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X (certified) this year. I sold my 2012 Tundra due to the fact I just needed a change. I looked at a new Tundra but wasn't paying $70k for a truck I actually use as a truck and not as a soccer kid taxi..lol I love the truck so far - love the comforts and the reliability. We tow a 26' camper, car trailer, box trailer, and other wagons on the farm with it and it has been great. I have owned all the big three trucks and Toyota and gotta say I like the Japanese quality control soooo much better. Plus this was about $40K with 35k miles and has a 5/100k mile bumper to bumper warranty!!!! I like it because it does truck things. I don't need it to ride like a Benz or handle like a sportscar. The truck drives and handles actually better than the Tundra did and it was a little smaller (dimensionally). Honestly if you are looking for a newer truck give Nissan a look. They are priced better, they have a V8, plenty roomy (as much room as the 4 door F250 I had) and they are solid. I am not hung up on brands. Since I've switched to the Japanese brands and owned the Tundra and the Titan, I haven't seen a check engine light in more than a decade. If you are tired of constant recalls or having to park your truck a mile from the house in case it catches fire, take a look at Nissan. Most people that bash Toyota and Nissan have never owned one. Plus, just because Ford sales more F150's doesn't necessarily mean they are a good product. They just have people that like spending time at the dealership....lol

Bought 2018 Titan used a year ago. It gets used about two days a week on average. So far its been great. Biggest issue is very stiff suspension.

We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse. I had my Nissan Frontier SV6 for 11 years and 215,000 miles. It was still running great but traded it in for something smaller and newer. Pros - Reliable, good power, good for towing, comfortable, handled well, the back seats were fine for a shorter person 5'6" and under and the bed really came in handy. Outside of some abuse the only real non-routine maintenance it needed was the underside rusting out. After 11 years when washed and waxed it still looked great. The 4wd really got me out of some jambs. Decent power. Cons - Underside (exhaust, manifold) rusted out by 100K miles. Had to replace the exhaust twice. Heavy tailgate, no step rear bumper, poor mpg (17 in mixed driving).

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago and I am still thrilled about my purchase and experience here. WE replaced our 2005 Nissan Frontier King cab with a used 2014 Nissan Frontier King cab with 70,000 miles 3 months ago. We would NOT recommend a king cab but the overall value was to good to pass up. The 2014 has dual climate control which our 2005 didn't. We expect everything else to be similar and having now used it for 5,000 miles, that appears to be true. We purchased a used 2005 Nissan Frontier King cab with 95,000 miles and drove it until it had 280,000 miles. Nissan extended (on paper) the transmission warranty to 100,000 miles (due to a radiator leak defect) but didn't cover our failure even though we reported intermitant problems at 97,000 - it failed at 100,100. Nissan refused to warrant it! The computer inside the transmission had failed causing it to shift incorrectly, damaging a gear. It cost about $3,700 to have it repaired by local shop - Nissan wanted about $7,000! There was only 1 part in the entire country and we had to wait over a week to get it. No other real issues other than individual coil packs failing at 180,000 (cylinder 1), 240,000 (cylinder 3) and 275,000 (cylinder 5). The repairs for cylinders 1 & 3 cost about $60 for the part and about 20 minutes of labor - but cylinder 5 requires removing the intake to get to it and that cost about $350. Fun to drive but mileage sucks! It handles great because it is very stiff (rides like a truck) and the v6 has some 'guts". ALWAYS starts, even at -30 (using synthetic oil changed spring and fall). Nissan needs to fix issues with poor headlights (compared to other manufacturers), gas gage reading wrong just after warranty, climate controls not effective, and evaporator (emissions system) failing happened in 3 out of 5 Nissans we owned and 2 had tecalls) since these same problems have occurred in several of our Nissan vehicals - not just the 2005 Frontier. Nissans will typically rust before other brands. We have also owned 2 Nissan Maximas and a Nissan Altima. Overall, Nissan vehicals are a good value for the money.

I got a great deal on a 2018 SV with only 2500 miles. I have had Ram and GM, and this is my favorite. Meaty sounding engine, clean lines, good power, great warranty. I am loving it.

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

Worked with Ryan Ford on getting the new CT5 Picked up. ABOVE and BEYOND what was needed to be done. Showed the whole car; the features were explained and the upgrades and new additions to car. Made the paperwork simple and easy. In and out of there within 30 minutes with the car. Wouldn't go anywhere else for business again!

195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

Good truck very reliable yes mileage is not the greatest but you should not own a truck if you worry about gas get a smart car. Then you can worry about the price of maintenance speaking of which only done the basic to my Titan.
