I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth.

Overall a great experience! I got an initial quote through email for the Tundra I wanted that they had in stock. The price was where I wanted/expected it to be so I did not have to haggle over price. My sales guy Jared was excellent, friendly but not pushy and very knowledgeable on the truck features, and the finance guy Jesse was also great and easy to work with. Both were very easy to deal with. I had to play the game a little and walk out when they didn't want to give me what I wanted for my trade, but I was ready and expected something like that. I had gotten a loan rate from an outside bank before I went in, which they easily matched. I few hours later, I was driving my new Tundra home. So I would definitely recommend, but as with car buying in general, just make sure you do your research and know the numbers before you go in.
I went to my local dealership to start the process of buying my 4th Toyota. I had done my research and knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. For some reason that salesman said I’d never find that needle in a haystack and challenged me to go find it! Enjoying a good challenge off I went. 4 dealerships later I made my way to Tarbox and 3 emails, 2 phone calls, and one week later I am the proud owner of exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The team at Tarbox was straightforward, efficient, cooperative and entirely pleasant to deal with. I couldn’t be happier. They have changed the outdated model for buying a new car. If you want to do it differently this is the place to go.

The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
Bill Devine, as always, greeted me as I entered and got my car ready for service. He provided excellent information. In addition, the communication is top notch as is the quality fo work. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be.
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Each one said that I would have to "give up" one of the selected features...that the van I was looking for couldn't have everything I wanted. Jarred found one within 15 minutes of sitting with us....color, package, and a dvd player! He was kind and so helpful and never once made us feel pressured! We were done purchasing the van within an hour. I've been to other dealership where I've spent the whole day. The business manager was very thorough and personal. Made sure he went over everything and we were still out within an hour. I love the new van!
Great service and an honest assessment that my Soul???s brakes were fine and did not need replacing yet. I know plenty of dealers where service will push customers to do replacements ahead of when they???re needed.
Central Kia has great service no matter why you are there. I highly recommend them. I am leasing a car and will get another car next year.
