I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Just bought a 2023 Traverse. Worked it through Jack Shelton. He did a great job helping us through the process.

2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

Cody is professional, follows up quickly with questions and knows how to work with customers without making you feel pressured. We received a great and fair deal and appreciate all that Cody did to make it happen.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! While I did not buy a vehicle during this trip, I will be back. Their website is very easy to use and contains a up-to-date listing of what they offer. Mike Brady (the owner) and Chris Clark (salesman) were VERY professional and personable. They were informative but not pushy. The only reason I did not buy from them is that I couldn't get my wife back to do a test drive before the vehicle sold. They even offered for me to drive the car to her (across town) but I refused... My loss. I think Brady Automotive is a hidden gem in the Louisville area.

My wife and I are very pleased with our BMW X3. I am impressed with the performance and the way it handles. I have owned and driven many autos this by far one of the very best.

I just purchased a base 2009 3LT Corvette. The car is stylish and a blast to drive. It is rock solid in the turns and rides exceptionally well. The acceleration and handling are, without a doubt, beyond great for a base model car. I'm 6'5 and fit very comfortably behind the wheel. It will be hard to find an American made sports car this good at such a very affordable price?

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

The Louisville location is great. They worked within our budget to find a low mileage car that was better than than we could fine anyplace else with our budget. He also worked with us over the phone, so I did not have to make the trip there. All the truthful useful info over the phone made an hour drive to see and buy the car. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone and spent time with us on the lot making sure we knew everything about the car. He let me check what I wanted. The car is great and actually much better than expected for our budget. He has good cars at better than fair prices. He also a good person and makes every effort to get you a car you want at a price you can afford. No back row junk cars here. It was nice dealing with an honest man rather than a smooth talking salesman.

I drove 950 miles to buy a specific used car and it was worth it!! The vehicle was just as described. The salesman knew I would be less than happy if it wasn't. After the deal had been agreed to the owner came out to me and noticed the gas tank was less than1/4 tank and handed me a "L" note and apologized for the tank not having more in it! A truly nice gesture.

I bought this car as the baseis of a new hobby build. It had the performance options I wanted and was an automatic. Two items the dealer failed to disclose were worn tires and two curb checked wheels.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I am 1st owner in my 2008 bmw x3 , I have 110,XXX. This car has been so reliable that I will not get rid of it, I mean why? Besides Wear n tear, ive replaced the alternator and coolant. The key is to buy the bmw brand and a mechanic who knows how to work on it. Before this car I had a 94' 318i in 1998-2007 that finally gave out at 220,xxx. Had I known the mechanic I have now, probably would've lasted longer.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I'm not a person that takes time to make a review on anything. But the experience I had at Epic Automotive was so great I had to stop and take a minute to say Thank You to Nad! He was so patience and caring about my needs. I was needing to get a car for my son that just turn sixteen and I had a budget in mind. This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.
