I needed a part for my son's Honda Civic and Rob was extremely helpful, took his time and answered all my questions and got me exactly the right part in a few days. If I didn't have Rob helping me I'm sure the results would not have been the same.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Needed a second car to keep the miles down on my leased Acura ILX. It’s not something I am driving everyday so it doesnt need to be as nice as my Acura. I walked around the lot and found a nice honda with good miles. The price was right. I didn't have it in me to play hardball with the kid. They got me an extended warranty for a minor additional charge, which I know I am going to use in the future. I’m not handy, that is why I lease new Acuras. But they worked with me. Only thing they need is a coffee maker and maybe a nice donut spread like they do at the Acura dealer

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

Extremely pleasant car experience. Michael B. was amazing to deal with. He made everything easy, straightforward, and with no pressure. He explained in detail all the options without putting any pressure on financial service contracts like most dealers. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Dropped off my TRX for service on Monday, I spoke with Joe who was very helpful & knowledgeable. He told me it would be done in a day or so. This morning he called me to tell me it was ready. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Love the car. Comfortable, reliable and practical! Love the 4 cup holders up front. The electric folding seats in back are also great (limited edition) I’d highly recommend this van

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Overall I had a great experience while purchasing my vehicle today. They have an amazing team and I honestly can’t thank my sales man Johnemy enough for his amazing customer service and for guiding through the whole process. I came in not knowing what to expect but he was able to answer all my questions and make the process smooth. Definitely recommend this place and you if ever need a car make sure to ask for Johnemy!

Great value for a 9 year old vehicle. Runs great and should last me years to come. Was also very surprised to see no rust on the body for the age it was.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!

The Sedona is the best all around choice for giving you comfort in every ride at a very reasonable price. Many features found in more expensive SUVs.

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable
