We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

We are planning a 6 month road trip from Florida to California and back. This will be the PERFECT vehicle to tow our trailer there and back.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

If you are to purchase a new Express 1500, make sure it's AWD. I don't think the 2015 Chevy comes in AWD, so go for the Savanna GMC.

If you do your homework you will find that they offer quality used cars at a very fair price.The sales experience was nothing like I was used to at a brand-based dealership, and am confident that we will come back when we are ready for another vehicle. The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

The sales man was great and detailed. But the car was dirty and had very little gas in it at the time of purchase which was disappointing. But the salesman tried to do a quick clean and put gas in the car just before I left the dealership. The finance gentleman was informative and helpful. They made up for the car being dirty and not prepared properly.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Went to hopefully retire my lease and get into a new Ram 1500, the guys are Fred Martin were great to work with and got me into the exact truck I was hoping to get. Excellent experience all around, I'll be back for sure.

I found Lake Auto Sales online while I was in the process of looking for a used car. Being a college student I needed something reliable and reasonably priced. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I arrived on time and Vince got the car checked in. I asked if a rental car was available for the rest of the day. Vince got one ready. I asked about windshield wipers and ordered a set for front and a single on the rear windows. Repairs went well and use of the rental car was helpful.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Akron Auto Sales was the best dealership to buy my used car. Dave and Rachael were great, honest and helpful. The car was not inspected yet by their mechanic. So I gave the deposit and in a few days I got a call from Rachael that the car is ready to pick up. I was explained of what was OK with the car and what was fixed and replaced. Next day I took the car to my mechanic and he said that the car was in such great shape that it was a great deal. I normally do not write reviews, but I received such wonderful customer service that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great service, great staff, and overall I am extremely satisfied. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Words can’t even express how much I appreciated Mo at Great Lakes Honda West. He was not only super kind/funny but did not pressure a sale on me. He sat and listened to me and what I needed out of a car. If you are interested in a Honda vehicle I would 100% recommend Great Lakes Honda West and Mo.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.
